Recently tried to buy seat covers and holy smokes they are having a sale on my truck's covers. $138 + tax with free shipping! Hooray, add to cart! Wait. Need to add my configuration. Ok done and on to check out.

So I pick up the phone to see if I needed a promo code or something. Turns out I don't. They just switch the price and hope you just go through with the transaction. After speaking with the sales rep I made similar comments as I'm making here. The rep was very nice and professional. It's the only reason I'm giving one star. Sleazy guys. Just sleazy.
I contacted a representative through the online chat and her name was Takara. She was wonderful! She helped me get another $200 off on the tonneau cover I wanted and guaranteed the fit for it as well! I can't wait to get it in and get it installed on my truck!

I got wrong part. Requested a return label 5 days ago but went ahead and placed a new order so I could get correct one in time to give my husband for anniversary. Well I have chatted with customer service 3 days in a row and still haven't received a return label or a shipping confirmation of new one

Michelle is the lady I believe took my order. She was very patient as I had to measure tailpipes for the chrome tips. It was so nice she allowed me time to run to get a ruler so I wouldn't have to return them if they were wrong.

The brackets to attach to the bed rail on my 2022 Frontier were the wrong part number and don't work properly. It took a week to get this resolved and I'm waiting for the correct part. The customer service people that I spoke to were great and finally after a week the correct parts are on their way. Love the product.
