Called customer service to get a few details about the gator truck bed covers, Keemar Ward was amazing. He took the time to find out details he wasn't sure of, he was so friendly and I felt very comfortable asking questions. We even had a laugh about how to pronounce the city I live in. Neither one of use will ever say Visa the same again. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Cover is due to arrive tomorrow & I excited to put it on.

5 days after paying for a set of wheels realtruck emails saying they don't have and can't get them I said refund this all started on the 23rd it's the 4 the still no refund now I have PayPal involved. Don't buy anything from these jokers

I made a purchase. Everything I say here I can support through emails. I was sent the wrong item. Things happen. For over 1 week I have been trying to get a return authorization. RealTruck keeps promising they are working on it but it has now been over a week. I am out $300 and I have the wrong item. RealTruck's customer service SUCKS! RealTruck takes your money, sends your the wrong item then won't assist you with the return. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
