Ordered item on 4/4 and it was delayed. Call to cancel because the delivery date kept extending. Reordered and the rep notice the item was indeed in stock, the original order was placed incorrectly. The order was redone correctly and item was delivered in 3 days as promise.

I purchased a Blackhorse Roll bar from them. I checked the"will it fit my vehicle" on line and the customer service, both said yes. Since I had it "installed" by a reputable company, I found out it didn't work. The roll bar was too wide. The installer called Blackhorse directly and they said it would not fit but they would send an adapter kit. The adapter kit was for a Ford or GM. Called Realhorse back and they said return it and they would discount a more expensive one. They realized they have NO roll bars that fit the new style of Ram, even though it is two years old. So it went out the same day for a return. Now we will see how long this takes. Don't call their customer service for a problem, you will be on hold for at least 4 hours before your cell battery runs out. Now if you want to place an order it only takes one minute. VERY poor customer service. If you want to speak to a supervisor, who you would think knows the answer, don't hold your breath, they are either unavailable or they all went home. I will not refer this company to anyone nor do business with them again. A full-by-night operation. I will keep you posted on the refund situation also.
I bought some running boards for my 2022 Colorado. The truck has 4 mounting holes on the truck but the boards only have 3 brackets to support it. I wanted to buy an extra set of brackets to make it more secure plus it seems that I stripped one of the clips for the bolt. They say it's not available. I thought about ordering another running boards to another address take the mounting hardware out and send back claiming the hardware was missing but I'm too honest. Plus it would be stealing. All I can say is they should have a kit available for all the merchandise they sell just for that reason.

The cover I received was in excellent condition and was easy to install first time with no problems by myself. Fits perfectly and appears more than tough enough for my needs. The weather seal was not mentioned in instructions but the videos on the website explained everything clearly. So far very satisfied.
