So the first cover I bought, Morgan Campbell asssited me. I was very displeased with her service. Once I made payment, I never heard from her again. I did not know my order number or shipping details. Fortunately, someone else was able to open a ticket after trying to get a hold of someone for about a week.

I had some issues with incorrect parts (Lug Nuts) and they could not order them. I found them locally and they credited my account for the cost.

What a $#*! show of a company?!
I placed an online order, realized I ordered the wrong part and canceled it all within an hour. They proceeded to place my order and ship it via FedEx even after canceling. I opened a dispute with my credit card company as well and cancelled the delivery from FedEx.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Crooks & Liars!

Tuesday, 4/19 3:39 pm we received a request for cancellation. "We have received your cancellation request! We will be contacting the warehouse to request that your order be canceled. Due to the speed of shipping items, please do not consider your order fully canceled until we get confirmation from the warehouse. If it is shipping directly from the vendor we will be reaching out to them to confirm cancellation. Please allow them 1-2 business days to reply. If the item has already shipped, we will advise you - in that case, if you still want to return the item, you may request a return at that time."
Tuesday 4/19 3:52 pm we were notified that the item was already in the shipping process and could not be canceled.
Wednesday 4/20 12:30 pm We notified the customer that the item could not be canceled as it had already shipped.
