Everyone i dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable. Although the part i ordered had a dual purpose. Left front & right rear. I needed the right rear, not knowing the dual application. The emailed invoice stated left. Thus my confusion.

Ordering was easy and tonneau shipped in a couple days. It was well packaged to ensure no damage. Instructions are online however they were not for my year truck. I located a set of installation instructions for different variation tonneau for my 2026 Ranger and was able to install it.

My service agent said 620 pounds per ramp, the ad on the Internet said 1250 pounds per ramp, and printing on the box when I received, it said total 800 pounds capacity. Very confusing. But all in all it was a good experience and I would deal with real truck again.

As usual, they claimed everything was in stock. After several orders with them, I'm sure it was in stock, just not with Real Truck. In the last 2 months I've ordered several thousands of dollars in truck liners, matts, etc. So far every order has been totally piece meal and spread out over a couple of weeks. My first order had missing parts. I contacted and was told everything was delivered, case closed. I ordered Husky floor liners last week, they will finally show sometime late next week. If I would have ordered from Husky direct, I would have had the same price and had them in hand 2 days later. Will never use Real Truck again.
Purchased Husky Tray floor mats. Purchase was easy and delivery was quick.
I called in, customer service was great, however they shipped 2 boxes FEDEX, during the shipment to PA. They went to two different holding facilities before shipping to my address, well one box arrived on time and the other box was sent somewhere in New Jersey and now FEDEX don't know where it is and can't give me an ETA on delivery. I opened a claim with FEDEX.
Maybe you should use UPS.

Received my REALTRUCK Came, Tonneau cover super fast... in 3 days from ordering, Watched the video on how to install it, It took the guy 18 minutes, It took me 4 hours, But It's a great product so far and a great safe way to keep my tools and goods covered... My remote tailgate even functions with it on... cool!

Cody was great to work with. Bought what I thought was the same Truxedo Truxport cover I bought 2 years ago for our Silverado. Love the easy install, fit, finish and functionality of that one. Easy instructions for that one also.
The Gen2 version is just not the same quality or design in my opinion. The instructions, particularly the insert sheet for plugging the front corner gaps in the box head rail are poor at best as is the solution with adding the small plugs that came with the cover. I was not able to find a YouTube video of an online video on the RealTruck website like the first one I bought. This Gen2 was for our new '26 Tundra CrewMax. The foam corners don't seal like the previous ones either. In fact I'll be calling customer service to get another set to replace the rear ones. Do not like the wire release or the latch mechanism at all compared to the previous generation. I have real concerns over long term use and reliability. Seems/feels very cheaply made. Very disappointed I didn't shop around.
This is my second gator cover. Fist lasted a long time but was shredded by a bear in Gatlinburg. Very satisfied with ordering site, speed of delivery and quality. Couldn't be easier to install.

Being a female I was worried about calling a company that deals mainly with automobiles and men. But I did. I asked the guy who was gonna help me to please be patient as I tell him what I needed. He said sure. And he was, I probably took more of his time and had more questions than others but he was very hice, patient and helpful. I got my '93 Jeep fender flares today, thanks to him.
