I was having trouble ordering on line so I called, I believe his name is Chris that helped me. An extremely informed and helpful gentleman. He walked me through the entire process of ordering, paying and the best possible delivery times he could. I will order from them again if only for the help he gave me. Had a horrible customer service and product experience with this company. Realtruck advertises that this "rock light kit" has a pure white look with photos and description that this kit does "white". They tell me get with Oracle Lighting as a defective product issue and Oracle Lightings tells me this kit doesn't do a pure white look and Oracles Description on their website does explain it properly that it does this purple/green look. So, after getting this false advertising issue I get with Realtruck customer service and they continue to close my report when I tell them exactly what's happening. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company on the countless things I've ordered from them. Its disappointing that when you do have a issue they gave me a poor customer experience and I'm stuck with a rock light kit that I do not like.

Very nice people on the phone was able to save a few bucks more when I used the link in the pop up chat feature. THEY we're cheaper then summit( that wanted more money and an additional $35 for shipping!) and Jeff's. Both could not guarantee THEY could get the part from DEEZEE. Now I have to see how long it takes to get the part. I had the impression it was on their shelf not on the Biden boat parade

Once on there site I saw many running boards and step bars to choose from. The choice was easy to make. You enter your vehicle make and model, chose the boards or bars you want. Then a picture of your model comes up with the same boards of your choice mounted. You get to see what they will look like on your truck. Great customer service. You are treated as family. Great place to shop for truck accessories. Keep stepping step bars.
