I ordered a T-shirt that came without a size that was 2 sizes too small and a denim maxi dress that looked like a 5 year old made it. I spent almost $49.00 and they called me irrational for wanting to return their merchandise and give me 9.00 and some change and call it a day. No sir, Im going to try n see how many complaints they have had n start a fb page and share.If I could have given zero stars that's what I would have done.
Ordered three items and not one item is the same as picture shown. Cheap polyester material from the 60's era. They look horrific and nothing like photo they tried to copy images but the final product looks like a beginner put this crap together. This company steals photos from legitimate websites and then post them as their own photos in order to suck you into buying from them. This company is a scam any website that uses models with half a head do not order. If they not showing full models make sure you research company first. This company should be banned in US

This company has the worst customer service. You message them and they don't respond. If you need something for an occasion make sure you order months in advance or you won't get it when you need it. I paid for express shipping and still didn't get my order in time.

Ordered a dress from Queenfy in March 2019 and was tracking package and stated the address was incorrect which had to be a joke, since I reviewed my address before submitting my payment and item was sent back. I emailed Queenfy after I looked at the information that Queenfy had on my address my apartment door number was gone!?. They emailed me stating pay$ 8.99 for shipping so I did that was about 2wks ago. Now its been over a month and still no dress. Will contact USPS on 2mrrw just to check for my package!

I ordered the maxi afrocentric dress. The material was as stated and the dress is beautiful. Everytime I wear it I get multiple compliments and they want to know where I got it. Four stars instead of five because it takes FOREVER to receive it!

I ordered twice, 1st time a dress and jumper I needed for a special occasion. I ordered months in advance, it came a month or more after my event. Beautiful garments though. 2nd time a swimsuit and sweatshirt, horrible! Customer service horrible, if you need to contact someone do via email, you just have to find a legitimate one and they will respond.

I was sent two identical polyester cheaply made jumpsuits (charged for two as well even though I only ordered one) which would only fit a child. Was told I should keep them and gift them to a relative! I dont hate any of my relatives enough to make them wear a shiny sock so I declined and asked for a refund. I paid £17 to return the items to China. Almost two months later no refund and they claim they havent received my parcel. AVOID!
