According to the site handling policy below, it takes 2-5 business days of handling time. However, after 13 days or 9 business days, my order was still in unfilled status. I also selected Express shipping. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Receiving time = Handling time + Shipping time
Handling time: 2-5 business days (Quality control/Picking&Sorting/Packaging...)
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (10 days on average)
Express Shipping: 5-7 business days (6 days on average)

I honestly saw the cloths and thought to give them a chance without looking at the reviews, huh! Never again. Received item Saturday Dec 7th at 6pm from ups, open bag looked at the pic online and looked at the product no resemblance and cheap fabric. I looked at the return policy and, get this I have to send a pic of the item that I just received and I emailed them on Mon December 9th at 10am. Never never never again. Mines look nothing like the pic. Mines look like a Halloween costumes

I am very disappointed and upset with my order. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is very cheap and some of the threading is coming apart. It took almost a month for me to receive my order and still didnt get part of my order.

I purchased clothing from this site based on the advertisement pictures and the reviews. They must pay people to write their reviews because their is no way people have recieved clothing from this company and are satisfied! I NEVER right reviews but I am hoping to help someone else from being scammed!

I received an email 11/14/19 that the package was shipped. When I tried to track the package I got the following messages on the USPS website. How long does it take to put the label in the system? I need the items by this Saturday.

"Status
Label Created, not yet in system
A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail® package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon"

Worst experience in life. First let me mention I hate how the website does not indicate the order is based and coming from China not CA. I would have NEVER... Started 4/8/2019, I guess the mail carrier was trying to steal the package since he kept changing the status on the tracking and finally marked it as insufficient address returning to company. I reported this to the USPS as well as to Queenfy and they said they would resend to a different address. I gave them my work address with the details exact. They didn't use it as sent and sent it to someone I guess in the building I work in and wanted me to track it down. This was 5/28 when I requested to just refund on 5/15 due to repeatedly having to ask them to send it at least 6 different times. Each time they would say they are sending, they hadn't mailed yet so no tracking yet, would I pay for the shipping to resend and finally it's mailed and delivered to someone at the address, but not me. They didn't put my name or company and suite and suggested I go ask around. Then when Paypal got involved they sent a bogus shipping label and tracking from the original order that was shipped back by USPS. As you see in the pick the slip says 7/18 not May anything or April. DO NOT buy from them. Offered to give me 20% of my money. Nope I want all of my money, this was not my mishap other than shopping with them. $79.03 + a foreign fee that I did not agree to pay. SMH BEWARE! I have at least 30 to 50 emails proving the timeline and lies. FRAUDs
