I ordered July 28th no clothes. You can't contact them via phone. This company use to be good, but now their tipping people off! I attached proof to save the next person from loosing their money.

This is a horrible company I would not recommend buying anything from them they provide false advertisement and take no responsibility for the items they are selling it is ridiculous and a fraud scam stay clearly away.

I purchased a dress in a size 8 clearly noted on the advertisement and bill of receipt when I received the dress it was a size 6 the company would not take responsibility and return the money or the dress in the correct size they refuse to say do anything and said it was a three day policy I contacted them immediately the 2nd day and they said it was past the 3 days when it was actually the second day they are ridiculous please stay away and save your money it's not worth it this is a fraud company

Do not order from this company. They will send you anything just to keep your money. I order the Solid Gathered-Waist Blazer short set in a medium. The company sent me extra-large. They told me to return the merchandise at my expense and they would send me the medium or a refund. To send the items back cost $75 dollars. Or I can keep it at 40% off. They knew that I did not order an extra-large, they sent me anything just to keep the money. They knew it would cost too much to return. Not to mention, the clothes does not look nothing like the photos on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM!

This is a Chinese Company that's return address in China that ripping people off and pretending to have the clothes that's on their website. I was about to place an order and decided to check reviews and I mean the reviews are HORRENDOUS. That is called STEALING AND SCAMMING. Don't order from this website because they don't have no remorse from taking people money and their feedback is a repeated lie. THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST. DONT BUY THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY!

I order my clothes on April 7. A few days went by & still haven't heard anything. I emailed them regarding my clothes & when it will ship. They said it will ship on April 19th. I then replied & let them know if I knew it was going to take that long just to ship I wouldn't have ordered. They replied & stated that it would be before the 19th. It is now the 19th & still no shipping email. They are scammers who only want your money & they will lie in any way to get it. Please don't buy anything from here. Save your money.

Received my package today, Please Stay away from this website. Quality of clothes is horrible, material is cheap feel, poorly made And looks nothing like the picture. Queenfy do not even qualify to receive a 1/2 star whatever you do do not order from them. Please take my word, Speaking from my personal experience

I ordered 2 items and while I'm tracking my order it stops somewhere in Jamaica queens a week ago! They're using a currier service in between UPS and nothing else! It's been over a week sitting somewhere in queens and i live no where near queens! No one replies at their help site and no one answers at this "Fast Track Express" shipping company they're using. SMH I'm going to file a claim with my bank to just get my money back, won't order with a company that I can't speak to a person with complains every again!

I have ordered 35 outfits from this site. Any bad reviews are fake period. The clothes bomb period! The delivery is slow if your too dam cheap to pay 6.99 for expedite delivery. The quality of the clothes is truly California quality coming fro. China. I hate when people give good reviews too crappy companies like shein and devalue a company thst deserves credit for good clothing. Personally im glad i don't have to run into people withmy outfits on. Queenify is popping and i stay fly any other review negative is a lie.

I ordered a jumpsuit that looked fashionable in the catalog, however, it was a hospital jumpsuit when I received it - worse part yet. I lost my money. You can not return to them because you have to pay for your own shipping and it costs more than the outfit. DONT DO IT

I will never order from this place again! I spent $90 on 3 things one thing did not fit and the dress was poorly made! I tried to return the items and it was going to cost me $45 to return the items along with 2 sheets of forms. So contacted the "people" and the only refund I got back(seeing how it was going to cost me a total of $135)but they only refunded me $11 back out of the $90 with me keeping items that I will not wear. They should say in BIG letters NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS so your out of luck! Do not order from this place! I usually don't do this but I was very disappointed look nothing like the picture.

I was very unhappy with the amount of money I paid and the material being so cheap! Looked nothing like it did online. Very disappointed I will never again order from there and I will make sure anyone else I know won't order from there either!

I just want to say THANK YOU. I am so pleased with my outfit. I was concerned that it wouldn't fit and that's why I got the largest sizes you had because my American size is a 16. The jacket (sleeves were long enough) and the skirt fits perfectly except the skirt (size 11/13) is a little long but I knew that when I ordered after reading the reviews. Thankfully I'm 6'1 in height and can get away with it. This is a beautiful outfit and I will be ordering again if I see something I like. Also, as for the shipping I ordered on 4/11, then it shipped on 4/16 and received it on 4/27. It sat in customs a little over a week but once it cleared I received it the next day. I wore it in NY this past weekend for a graduation photo shoot with my daughter. Thanks again.

Queenfy is notorious for listing an item, and sending you something TOTALLY different. I ordered a jogging suit that clearly appeared to have a thick lining and the jogging suit they mailed to weeks to receive and upon receipt it was thin as paper. I think there should be a class action lawsuit filed... I will NEVER order from them again and do not recommend that anyone buys from them. When I emailed them about returning the merchandise they offered 10% to keep it. I declined, and they offered me 15% to keep it and I had to pay to return it to China!

My items arrived and one dress was not stitched on one side and the other did not look like the photo. I wrote them to return the merchandise for a refund and they refused.
