I ordered on August 4. Recieved a shipping confirmation with an illegitimate tracking number. I messaged them, and they messaged me back with the "real" number. That number says that it was created on the 15th but hasn't shipped yet and today is the 21st. The QUEENFY says that my ordered couldn't be delivered and to contact USPS, but USPS says they never received a package. Had to escalate to a claim on PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! That positive review down there HAS TO BE FAKE. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE AND BUY ANYWAY.

I ordered an item from this site and Never received my package! They sent me an order confirmation from USPS saying that it couldn't be delivered, no explanation howeve, USPS Sai that the label was never created. USPS never received a package from Queenfy, The phone number doesn't work, it goes to a "magic jack."
Save your money and use a reputable site... Don't buy from any of those sights on Facebook!

I ordered the high waist jeans and off the shoulder tops. The jeans did NOT look like the picture, they were made of a very thin material just like a nurse's uniform and the button hole was sewn together so even if I did want to wear them I couldn't button them! Same issue with the off-the-shoulder tops, the fabric was sold together at the sleeves so I couldn't put my arms through! REALLY? Get some new seamstresses! I had to open a claim through PayPal, do NOT give them your money, by far the WORST company I've EVER ordered from through FB:-(

Buyers pls before you buy anything from this website beware that the outfits look nothing like what they seem on the website. The material was so poor compared to what it looked like on the picture. They have very bad customer service, they don't even have a phone number, their only means of contact is some stupid email ID that they never respond to. The item also took forever to be delivered and it didn't have the accurate fit like the one the model had on the site, I bet the picture on the site was photoshopped. If it wasnt that i'll have to pay Shipping, I would have returned the stupid outfit and requested my full refund. I had a very bad experience shopping on this Web site and I will definitely not be coming back to it. Pls buyers be careful and don't be fooled like i was.

This company is unethical. Shop elsewhere. Their site says you can cancel order as long as it has not shipped. I told them to cancel my order and they chose to ignore me and ship it anyway. Refusing to honor their customer service guidelines. I paid for expedited shipping two weeks ago in order to have my clothes on time before I left the country on vacation for a month and long story short almost two weeks went by before my order was shipped so I wanted to cancel. Spend your money elsewhere. Clothes are also very hit or miss. Not sure why I choose to order from sites like this and rosegal or chic Me anymore. They're all the same.
