I was so happy with this company until they got me. I have ordered from this company three times. The third time my order was the wrong size. My order came from LA, but to change it or return it I had to send it to China. I had to pay the shipping charges. Which was what I paid for the item. Plus postal other charges.
I ordered a dress a size large, I received a size small the material is sponge. If a rating could be a zero that would be this Queenfy is a scam. I wish I had read reviews first, reading is fundamental. When you don't read this is what happens.
I ordered a black top. It is gray! Needed black for an event I am attending in 3 days! Ordered 2 sizes up and its still to small! The top looks NOTHING like the advertised picture. 1st and last time purchasing from Queenfy!

I ordered a size large and it fits good and true to size. The dress is a beautiful red wine color, very classy. The fabric isn't scratchy, not thin. I really like that it compliments your curves and makes you look sexy and classy

I've seen a lot a negatif comments right after placing my order but then I received my product within a week when I've chose the free shipping method.
The items i've ordered are nice, I've carefuly followed their size chart and they all fit perfectly.
One of the item had some sewing defaut but nothing terrible, I just used a pair of cisors to cut the threads that has not been cut, but the article in itself is looking great and for the price i paid, it would be totally unfair to complain about it.

Never receive my purchased item snd getting no response from company msiled to incorrect address. They sent email item would be reshipped snd it wasn't and now no one would respond. Sucks they took my money.
I currently have a complaint pending with the New York Attorney General's Office because the company is out of New York. They changed my order to the same item of the same color when I ordered two different colors of the same item. They refused to send me an address via email to return the wrong color for the right color. They simply just said it was my fault. I was even willing to pay additional shipping fees to return the wrong colored item for the correct color, but after the email explaining that it was my fault I no longer got any response from them. The website is unprofessional and has poor customer service. It's unfortunate because I shop online a lot and mostly buy from overseas, and have never experienced such bad customer service.
I ordered a dress and what looked like a sweater from the site. It took 3 weeks for them to send my purchase and they only sent the sweater. I emailed them and was told the dress was sold out. Got the sweater and it was thin material and more like a shirt. I also ordered it a size to big since I was not sure if there sizing and it was still to small. I emailed them asking for a refund for the dress and told them I would send the shirt back. I was given a refund for the dress and told i would have to return the shirt to china and shipping would cost a lot so they offered me a 10% refund for the shirt which was $1.84. So I have a too little shirt and $1.84

I really feel that this thing Queenfy, is a SCAMMMMM! I made my order 3 was ago and havent received a tracking number, email notification or any sign of my order. My bank statement shows that they have received my funds, though! I must say, I have loss $25.00! I give you all a -5 star!

The clothing looks like a high school project! On the www 2 of the 4 items I ordered were listed as Cotton. That is NOT the case! The fabric is is the worst quality fabric I ever tried on.
Ill fitting. Arms are not proportionate to the body. Thread all over the place, nothing "finished" or quality about the pieces. The items look and wear nothing at all like the models on the www.
No slip in the packages for returns. No labels sewen into the pieces... beyond unprofessional.
It is a Scam. The cheaply advertised prices aren't even worth it.
I truly feel the pictures on the www are taken from elsewhere and then tried to be replicated in China and it doesn't even come close to the beautiful pictured clothes online
