Due to all the bad reviews I was kinda hesitant on ordering but I put my trust in this company & got exactly what I wanted..
If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is and assume its a Chinese company. Stop letting Queenfy and the next one to pop up with cheap beautiful styles take your money in your quest for a cheap deal. All the positive reviews are easily identified as fakes! Come on, lets be smarter than the scammers!
I had ordered 8 items, recieved 6, every item is labeled XL but fits like a medium. No one has contacted me regarding my missing items, after numerous times of reaching out to this company. My order was about 4 weeks late, the reasoning was that some items were sold out. Ok, so notify me and ask me if I would like to wait for the item to come back in stock or substitute for another item. Give me options. My money was taken but the merchandise was not given in return. I will never never never never order from them again.
My order was incomplete and the quality of the items was poor. On top of that, it took four (4) weeks for the order to arrive. Unfortunately, I didn't get the warning until I had placed the order. Lesson learned.
Order a week ago and did express, my order was supposed to have been here. Every time I try to use the contact number it goes straight to voice mail and appears not to be a working number. Emailed them and their response is always the same. Their waiting on the warehouse. Beware of this fake company.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. I am a US size 10 and I purchased a swimsuit in Large (sizing chart says it should fit US size 12-14). It was way too small!
I couldn't even put it on. The color was terrible, instead of the gold that was pictured on the site, the swimsuit was covered in bright yellow. In order to return, I would have to ship to China. They don't say anything about that in the return policy. Instead they offered me 20% off coupon. When I told them I wasn't happy with that, they stopped responding. This site should be shut down. It is a SCAM! All of the reviews on their page are fake. Every item claims to have 5 star reviews.
Initially I hesitate to shop at Queenfy because of some poor reviews, but I have booked first. Then I try to wait for the arrival of goods. It is beyond my expectations, the goods I receive are good, and the material is soft. Thanks Queenfy, I will shop again in your store in the future.
The sizes of the clothes sold on this site are not American sizes. The larges are more like mediums. Maybe they are Chinese larges. But theyre definitely not American larges. Im a size 10 and the shirt was too tight for me. When I asked about returning them, they told me that I would have to cover shipping to CHINA and that as an alternate they could give me a coupon for a future purchase. I wont be buying anything from them again so its a relevant. Do not buy from them.
My experience shopping on Queenfy was excellent. I don't understand why people put a low rate, only because the package arrive some weeks later; because as you know, they can't do anything, if you choose free shipping, you accept that it can take more days to arrive; and they also say that the processing time is from 5 to 10 days.
These review are totally fake. What I received looked nothing like what is pictured. What was sent looked like a cheaply done halloween costume. The material was cheap and nothing like what is pictured. The company's customer service sucked. When I informed them that I was unhappy with my purchase they told me I could reship the item to China but because of the high shipping cost I could keep it and get a coupon. Why the hell would I want a coupon to a company that could not provide me with decent service the first time. Don't believe the hype of the reviews on their page, I pretty sure they have people who lie and write good reviews because they previously asked me to take a negative review I made on my IG account. They also blocked me from writing a negative reviews on their site.
Order *******, very disappointed they say my order was shipped on 1/15 but USPS has not received it and Queenfy is very dismissive of my issue and not willing to help. Now Im going to dispute the charge with my bank... PLEASE BEWARE!

Had i stopped and read the reviews first i may have never ordered from this site. Let me tell you that if you had a good experience then good for you. But as for me I have been getting the run around for 2 months with order being incomplete, wrong item being shipped, and then still have yet to complete my order. This will be the last time i order anything from this site and don't recommend anyone too. I have emailed them and they have gotten back with me days later, and i spelled it out and sent pictures of there mistakes and they still messed it up. Please here me when i say this and i never do reviews but this is very frustrating. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS CHINESE IS FROM AMERICA.
Purchased a jumpsuit from Quuenfy, which was cheap and didn't fit well at all (even though it was my size). Tried to get a refund and return but their return address is in shanghai (I live in the UK). So they offered a 30% discounted refund.
Cheap clothes which aren't made well at all. Save your money and spend a little extra with a reputable clothes retailer!
I ordered clothes and when they finally arrived (from China?) they were way too small and very cheaply made. I followed the size chart but its just incorrect for certain clothes. The clothes looked very cheap and I would have never ordered them but they do not look cheap in the pictures they show. To return them you have to send them back to China with tracking receipt. Its very expensive so they offer you a coupon code worth a measly 15 percent. If you order from Queenfy be prepared to be disappointed over the quality and fit of the clothes. They might as well write in their policy NO RETURNS.

Great service! Michael from the company tried to assist me with speeding up an order and couldnt because of the holiday rush. He was polite and friendly, courteous. Cancelled the order. I will definitely use Queenfy again after the holiday rush.
I order a jumpsuit and it was too small, I send an email to exchange the piece for a bigger size and Michael gave me the best service! I am so happy with the service that he gave me and happier with the quality of the clothes! Its so beautiful I will definitely buy from your company again!
I ordered 2 items that were pricey. 8 weeks later I still haven't received but, one item. I've tried looking for phone numbers and I've tried emailing and no one has yet to contact me and I still don't have a good number for these guys. I have requested my $35 or my blouse. Neither has happened.
