I purchased a shirt online a couple of weeks ago. I orginally ordered a small, but thought I should change the size to a medium. After contacting the company they assured me they would send me the medium. When I got the shirt it ended up being a small, so I was a little upset at first until I tried it on and it ended up fitting perfectly. I love the shirt btw! It was their navy striped shirt with ruffled cuffs. About a week later I ended up receiving the medium shirt in the mail. Again I contacted the company and they got right back to me telling me to keep both shirts. Merry Christmas to me! Thank you!

I purchased a jean jumper, material is super cheap and thin. The size chart is not correct Im a medium so I ordered a large and it is still to little. I also ordered a two piece black dress set, the material for that is more of a costume feel an also too little. Both items have a real bad smell both items have thread coming from arms. I am very disappointed with this online purchase, Ive always was lucky to get good buys but this was truly the worst and before my birthday. I would never suggest this company to anyone do not waste your money or time it is absolutely terrible. I wish I could give a negative star

Have you noticed the 5* reviews dont have pictures of real people. All the 1* reviews do. In fact there are no 3* or 4* reviews. Go on YouTube and look at reviews. Go on google and look at reviews. I this for what it is. A SCAM company taking peoples money. Thank goodness I checked the reviews first before buying any of their products. Models with cut off heads is a big indication of SCAM. For every bad review suddenly three 5* reviews appear

I am so fired up at this moment i cant speak. I dont really write reviews however this company has me fired up. I ordered some stuff from 11/28 do you know that it has not even been shipped yet. I searched to see where the place was located and it said new York, which i said to myself great then it wont take a long to time to arrive to Florida where my connecting US address is located and i would get it here in the Bahamas at a reasonable time. The items have not been shipped yet and now im not getting any answer at all from anyone. I am totally disgusted and would just like my money back that is more than $100. If there is anyone that can give me some info i would greatly appreciate it

I Purchased because the women and clothes in the pictures look voluptuous and beautiful and the quality of the clothing in the pictures! Look amazing! However what I received was far from what I seen in the pictures and when I contacted them they told me being that it is so expensive to send it back to them theyre willing to give me a coupon. I see that the clothes came from Dayton Ohio however theyre telling me that I need to return them to China. A total scam do not buy them they were cheaply made they were too small I ordered double XXL Im usually a large maybe an extra large and none of the clothes fit and one of the dresses was poorly made the zipper was not sewn on Correctly. I knew I should not have bought them. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I did that but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and it came back and kicked me in the butt now I have five items that I paid way too much for him and theres nothing I can do with them except donate them to somebody who doesnt mind wearing cheap clothes and not manufactured correctly

I ordered a skirt set and I'm a size 8 and I couldn't pull the skirt together to even zip it. I asked for an exchange. I had to pay 8.99 for shipping of the new item and was allowed to keep the too small item. Well, the medium skirt was too tight and if I would have sat down when I tried this on it would have torn. I emailed Sara and was offered another exchange after I paid an additional shipping charge of $8.99. My packages arrived in a timely matter. The sizes are not too to size (runs very small) but overall I was pleased that I was given another outfit even though I had to pay for shipping.

I ordered from this company on November 12th after they popped up in my fb feed. I received my oackage on November 22nd. I sid the free shipoing qhich was 7 to 15 business days.
I immediately received order notifications and updates. The updates continues until the package was in my mailbox.
I am VERY satisfied with the material and quality. I ordered an off the shoulder jumper with a sash. I ordered it in 2 colors. I'm usually between a size 19 and 12. I ordered both in extra large. They fit perfectly.
The fabric isn't thin or sheer at all. I was very happy with it. So I used another coupon code and ordered another pair of pants and dress. I'm hoping for the same results.
I have had hit or miss experiences with companies from overseas before but I figured at the price I was paying I'd take a chance. It was worth it
This same jumper sells for like $65 dollars on a lot of sites. I paid $49 for both.

I ordered a product in three colors. The wrong product was sent. The replacement irems were poorly made. I contacted the company and was advised that I could keep the items that I didn't order at a discounted price or ship the poorly made products back to China. I elected to ship them back
The irony is that they shipped me the wrong products but I had to ship it back to China! Poor customer service! I am expecting a full refund. It is ridiculous that they sent me the wrong items yet force me to ship them back to China. I ordered the items from a company in the United States but must pay to ship them back to China to get a refund. Shame on Queenfy. I am reporting them to BBB and posting it on the internet so that everyone seems their bad business practice! Do not make the mistake I made.

Ordered 2 pair of high-waisted pants in size Large which according to the size charts would fit me. Got them and they were definitely TOO SMALL! Paid shipping to get the XL size and finally received them and they were EXACTLY the same size as the large. After telling them I was not paying shipping again and sending him pictures of the labels and pictures with a measuring tape showing the width of Both waistbands(exactly the same width), I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
