Let me give you a timeline...
*Ordered - August 4,2017 - 4 items
*package 1 arrived August 30th - but they only sent one item. Apparently the rest were on the way and they would send to me the tracking number
*September 18th - the remainder of my order arrives. One dress isn't even what I ordered. The effort, quality, seams and craftsmanship on these clothes aren't even worth the energy to click on. I have bought cheaper Halloween costumes than this with zippers that work and have better materials.
*September 18-26th, Queenfy and I banter back and forth. They didn't send the correct dress and I demand a refund. They offer me 50% on that item. I say i want to return the whole shipment, they offer 10% refund.
*September 27th - escalate to PayPal for a refund - I never received my complete order
*September 30th - I am awarded a reward if i can send in the order. But have to send it back to CHINA by October 7th if i want the $$$ back. With tracking it isn't even worth the cost of the entire order, so I have to let it go, but am STEAMED!
*October 24th - Queenfy sends me a PM through sitejabber claiming they tried to refund my $ but couldn't because i had escalated the Paypal deal. They can't send me a screen capture through the SJ and I am annoyed. I call them out and tell them to email me like a real corporation and settle it there.
*October 25th - they email to me a screen capture of them declaring they attempted to refund me through PayPal. No idea of these screen captures are legit, but I play along. There are 2 attachments, only 1 with any respectable level of information.
*October 26th - I am offered a refund in exchange for me to edit my review. I say No - you'll give me a refund or i will take this email and show the world that you're trying to bully your customers. But I will honour a new review if I get my money back (at no point did I say I would offer a good review)
*October 26th - more than the value of the crappy dress was refunded.
Will they get a good review? HELL NO
Did i get some of my money back, YES.
Was this experience at all pleasant? NO
Would I do it again? HELL NO
Do I recommend this company? HELL NO
Keep your money. It's not worth the bull$h! T
