This company does not deserve any stars. The orders take over 30 days and the quality of the fabric used in their clothing is absolute trash. The fabric is the equivalent of a water proof shower curtain and it is apparent that they advertise to try to appeal to Black women with curves, then send lackluster products that don't resemble the clothing on the site AT ALL. This place is fraudulent and like many others reviewes have stated----I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering some bullsh*t from Shanghai smh. I will be requesting a full refund, although I'm sure the costs to ship will be just as much as the order itself! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

I purchased three items from this site in April. I received one of those items and immediately threw it away. It was really poor quality. I purchase from IG sites all the time and this was the worse site I have ever purchased from. I have never received my other two items. I've sent multiple emails and have been sent tracking numbers that are not associated with any delivery company. Whoever is answering their email will not return your money. It is now June and they do not intend to send me the rest of my order. Do Not Waste your money or time with this company. The reviews have to be paid reviews.

I ordered some shorts in a size 2XL. I placed my order on April 23. I received it on May 9th. I received the shorts in a size M. There's definitely nothing I can do with that size. I emailed them at *******@queenfy.com on the same day I got the package including photos and on their customer service response chat on the website. They didn't respond to me until May 16 and asked for pictures. I replied back that same day WITH pictures again. I emailed them again yesterday May 26 and I also inboxed them on Instagram. Their customer service basically doesn't exist. Don't order from them unless you want to risk losing your money. I tried to upload pics here but it says my files are too large

It takes a very long time to receive your order and you will received a lot of BS in why it's taking so long. I purchased my order on 04/13/2020 and it came on 05/16/2020 even after I cancel the order it still came! So I refused it at the time of delivery and it was send back to Queenty, So I don't even know if I got the right item since I never open the package! I only received 1 item out of three that I ordered. Looking at the tracking the perception is that I received them all. I reached out to customer service via email but have not received a response. I guess I will have to move forward with disputing the charge as I've lost all patience after waiting over a month to receive my order. I ordered two dresses and was given a tracking number for the order. The order was shipped to Missouri... I live in Georgia. They then shipped out another order and it is a jogger that I did not order. I have tried for the past 3 days to contact them but they are not responding. I will dispute by method by of payment. They make money because it cost more than you paid for the item to return the products. If it takes more than 15 or more days for you to receive the item it is most likely being shipped from China.
