Promised lots of information but didn't perform. Most of the data is publicly available (just takes time). Seller listed is a bank (not a name). Crime statistics (I expected burglary, car accidents, etc) meant a list of sex offenders. The "live chat" was computer generated. Had to beg for buyer's name (the reason I did this) which I received in a separate email. Very disappointed. Badly done site that I do not recommend.
I requested a report and did not understand that I was signing up for a month when I only wanted the one report for 1. I was able to do a live chat and they refunded my money charged for a month. I will use the site again if I need info on a property again.

I like the setup of the site. It is simple to navigate and happy to see a contact person immediately appear. Think you should say upfront that the cost is $1. Yes, the amount is small but gives the viewer a more "legit" feeling that you are being upfront w/them. Would have liked to know more about the home itself if possible and definitely the acreage.

I went on the website to check and see if I already paid my property tax, I recently moved my home office and misplaced the paperwork on the property tax. I couldn't
Find the information, so I clicked on live chat. The person who was handling my call never answered my question. She kept talking about other things and skipping over my question, saying her boss would answer my question to be sure to check my e-mail. I finally got the e-mail and my question still wasn't answered.
I would not recommend this web site if you want to know if you've made a payment, go in person or call the office, cause this website will not answer your question.

Initially tried to get info about the value of our lake house property, but didn't receive any info until I emailed the service. After giving the necessary info to the service once again, I was told someone, Brian, would be contacting me via email within 15 min. Didn't have time to wait, so received info day later.
Brian was able to find my inquiry and what they had found. Unfortunately, they were unable to tell me any further info on the value of my lake house other than multiplying the assessed value times two. I could do that myself, and had.
So would I use this service again? No. Dss

Definite scam. Advertise $1 for report, then charge your card $18.95. Not only that, but the $18.95 is a recurring fee! And $18.95 is not mentioned anywhere on the site! Report was not at all helpful - very basic. Hard to deal with to get the charges removed. Will see.

I am a first time user of their service. I was skeptical because after submitting my credit card info, the address i searched could not be located. I chatted online with their support and I was pleasantly surprised by a very helpful & prompt staff. She advised me that they will search it manually and email it to me.
On top of that, they cancelled the credit card charge, then I received the property info by email.
