I was very happy with my experience. I was pleased with the information I received and even more pleased with the customer service. While viewing my report they popped up on my screen and asked if there was anything I felt my report was missing. I told them actually what I wanted most was the name of the current owner of the property and the date it was sold last. Brian Thompson ( the rep) got right on it and got back to me with the info I requested at no additional cost. Then I realized I had accidentally given him the wrong address ( made a typo) and asked if he wouldn't mind going back and starting over. He did not hesitate and again relayed the info quickly and free of any additional charge. He checked on me twice after asking if there was anything else he could do. Very impressed especially considering it's near impossible to reach cust. Service at any company let alone on Thanksgiving day. I highly recommend using their services.

I was ot aware ofte site, bt was glad tht I did. I am selling my house anI wanted to see what you thought it may be worth. Alhough I do not fully agree withyou, I can ork with yourfiures. We upgred to more expensie materials, and gave the house better curb ppeal with gbles, stone ront, etc, nd vaulted ceilings, plus a unroom and ten foot basement with workshop. But that is something you ould not know. You also woul not know that all interior doors re six panel SOLID oak, including the closet door.

Just OK... When I hit the Back button to decline additional info for 95 cents more, it proceeded to the report. So, not sure how much I was actually charged. And not sure how reliable the estimated value is and what they actually base this info on: recent comparable sales within 1 mile?

It took me a long time to finally get my report. There were so many steps to go through before i was able t access the report. I did appreciate Cody's several reminders that he should be contacted if there are any problems. I like his picture. He appears to be a very friendly and HONEST person. I hope I'm right about this!. I found it quite confusing when I was asked if I wanted the super website for a yearly review of properties. I had to read the instructions several times to make sure that I would not sign up for something that I did not want. I had already printed my name and other info and decided to read the info again so I deleted my name and other info. Otherwise I would have been signed up for almost $200.00.

This Website is a rip off! It showed 0 bedrooms, 0 baths, 0 square feet for my home but said it was worth $90,000.00. I was ripped off! Stay Away from these crooks. They sell you information you can look up on Zillow.com and google.com yourself.
