Doesnt correct anything on zillow site still gives incorrect info 15 years old. How ever puts info togeather needs to get it up to 2013 not 1995
The information provided in this site (compared to other sites which all agree), is approx. 10 years old. I do not blame the operator for for this oversight as they can only pass on what they have been given.
I do however find it disconcerting that that the information could be so erroneous. What else in your data bank is out dated. It is too risky to count on as accurate

Had some kind of a glitch (I may have waited too long before completing my order). I chatted with "Athena" who asked a couple of questions about the order, said she would send it the information to "Brian" and I should have my report in 15 minutes or less.
About three minutes later I got an email from Brian Thompson with a PDF of the information I was looking for.

They did a wonderful job helping me find my record reviews that i was searching for, just make sure you pay attention to what you are electronically signing with all online companies you can never be too careful, but this is a wonderful company to work with I had a small problem and they responded and fixed it quickly!

While Brian eventually found the requested information, the several delays and actual lack of necessary information caused me to cancel my subscription last evening. Your staff member who dealt with my issues advised that my subscription would be canceled last night and that ALL fees collected by your firm will be returned in full within 5 to 7 days.

Promised lots of information but didn't perform. Most of the data is publicly available (just takes time). Seller listed is a bank (not a name). Crime statistics (I expected burglary, car accidents, etc) meant a list of sex offenders. The "live chat" was computer generated. Had to beg for buyer's name (the reason I did this) which I received in a separate email. Very disappointed. Badly done site that I do not recommend.
