Recurring charges

My experience getting a property record I requested and agreed to pay $7 for was fine. The fact that I was then billed $5 four times over the next several weeks and then $20 three times in 2026 was not a good experience. I never performed any other property searches or agreed to an ongoing fee to be billed to my credit card. Thankfully, your agent Thomas was willing to refund the unwanted charges and close my account.

I asked for property record of my address on this property record.com. Agreed to pay $1 to view it online. I was charged $1, then $9.95.
I was happy this website has online support and Ryan was very helpful and instantly issued the refund of $9.95. Ryan provided an outstanding customer service!

When I was doing a property record search for my own home, I accidentally signed myself up for a monthly service allowing me to look up any property any time. Since I am not a real estate agent, I did not need that, and I definitely did not need to pay $5 monthly for nothing. Linda found and fixed the problem right away.

I saw I was being charged and I did not know/realize this was an on-going fee. I reviewed and was given the last 4 Months refund... that was reasonable - sine it had been going on for over 12 months... I hold some responsibioity for not catching it sooner... so thought this was reasonable...
