Quick and easy to cancel my subscription. Customer service was effective and efficient in carrying out my request and supplying me a confirmation number.
My experience getting a property record I requested and agreed to pay $7 for was fine. The fact that I was then billed $5 four times over the next several weeks and then $20 three times in 2026 was not a good experience. I never performed any other property searches or agreed to an ongoing fee to be billed to my credit card. Thankfully, your agent Thomas was willing to refund the unwanted charges and close my account.

Received the report I requested. Did not want or need any further reports. Was unable to close my account and reached out to the live chat who was very helpful and assisted me in doing so immediately.
Even though I asked to have my account deleted for no longer requiring their services, the online agent was swift and helpful to accomplish what I needed done, without any hassle.
Buyer beware. PropertyRecord.com was not transparent about its subscription terms and I was enrolled in recurring charges I did not clearly intend to authorize. The way the offer is presented is misleading, I will be warning others of these practices.

After trying the service and determining it would not provide the information needed, I was able to cancel the account with no problems and with a very nice representative.
I bought this service when i was selling my house, I no longer needed the service because i was out of the market. I cancelled online and it took 30 seconds with no hassles
I did not realized I was paying a monthly fee for something I only needed once. Report is great but expensive to maintain monthly.
Cancellation process however was the easiest and fastest I have ever found.
This is given right after the experience, so it is unknown whether the subscription was cancelled or not, but the request was handled quickly and efficiently with a confirmation number.
I unknowingly signed up for a package deal, which I didn't realize until my cc kept accruing monthly charges, so be careful what you sign up for. The customer service rep quickly closed the account and explained why I had been charged.
