Deceptive practices

Buyer beware. PropertyRecord.com was not transparent about its subscription terms and I was enrolled in recurring charges I did not clearly intend to authorize. The way the offer is presented is misleading, I will be warning others of these practices.

Surprise multiple billing

I was not aware that I would be billed monthly for a one-time use. Bills kept appearing on my card. I should have caught it sooner. I wasn't aware that I had opened a recurring account. It was not clearly stated.

I did not realized I was paying a monthly fee for something I only needed once. Report is great but expensive to maintain monthly.

Cancellation process however was the easiest and fastest I have ever found.

I unknowingly signed up for a package deal, which I didn't realize until my cc kept accruing monthly charges, so be careful what you sign up for. The customer service rep quickly closed the account and explained why I had been charged.

Website and customer support.

First- the website is user friendly, for the most part. When the target request is found it is a little frustrating that the info underneath it isn't associated. It's just like other site where you have to swim through it all and know of its true for that person or for whatever you searched.

Second- Debra in customer service was fast, efficient, and nice. Processed my request and even informed me of what happened, then gave me a transaction number.
Nicest customer service I've experienced in awhile.

Your website is very misleading. If only a single property is $1 then don't set up monthly bundle accounts. This happened to me once before.
Your Customer chat is excellent and very helpful. I had no problem getting a refund. But it should not be necessary
