I subscribed to a service by mistake. I emailed using the email provided thinking that it would go into the black hole of emails lost. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a quick email to confirm the email I used and once I sent it, I received another quick email stating the subscription was canceled.
Your website is very misleading. If only a single property is $1 then don't set up monthly bundle accounts. This happened to me once before.

Overall interaction was good. They handled the complaint quickly and got the refund started right away. My problem is with the auto withdrawal that was not what I thought I signed up for. I assumed I was getting one report for the single price, instead it turned into a repeated charge.
