I thought the website was a very good site. Easy to use. Only cost $1.00 for record of property. I would have liked to see/know what time frame the record went back to; ie; as of July 1st 2013 the property record shows...
I also found it a bit difficult to understand after you pay the $1.00 by entering your credit card info you are asked if you want to pay $180.00 for 25 searches a month. I was afraid I was going to sign up for that when in fact I did not want to. That should be a bit clearer. I did like the information about sexual offenders in the area, location of schools, fire department, police etc... I thought the report provided a good deal of info.

My experience was very simple, quick and delivered the information and more that I needed in a rush.
On line chat was very helpful and useful, as I was guided and assisted through to whom and was needed.
I would recommend the use of this site, the price is so little in comparison the information that is given. For instance rental value of property is usually above 150.00 but this website give you this information with the breakdown of others local rentals with their radius. I was pleasantly surprised to have this information.
