Please make clear what you want. I needed property lines that are between me and a new person we both have different property lines on our papers I would like to know because I am disabled and this man has already threatened me please make clear your needs.
I would not rate this website, as it deserves not even a one star rating. They use inaccurate information when determining a property's worth. I was given only a $12,000 upgrade in my listed property's worth in spite of having major construction on my home which added a vaulted ceiling sun with floor to ceiling windown, a new kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, lighting, heated tile flooring, etc. Really? I don't think so! Overall, all the improvements I made in my house amounted to over $130,000, and I was given credit for maybe the countertops. Your site is a joke, & I will certainly let my colleagues & friends know about my experience!

Did not get the info I requested. Asked for names of the current owners - the only reason I wanted the report, and after much back-and-forth they didn't have it! That should be easy - a matter of public record (free), but their web site was down for repairs.

I agreed to a $1.00 charge and they charged me $18.95 without my approval.
They were pretty sneaky about it because I was being careful not to get
Scammed. That is usually what happens on these kind of sites. They get you hooked by asking for a small fee and then they sneak in a bigger charge Their information is nothing more than what is public record on your property tax appraisal. Why would I want to pay $18.95 for information I already have. I feel I was scammed.

They could not even find my first property which is in a well-established neighborhood in Sacramento. When sent a Google maps link, I confirmed they had the right property. Still nothing. Then I sent information on a current property I own in Edmond, OK and the data returned was nothing more than the property tax information. This site was totally disappointing.
