However, I somehow got charged a $5.00 fee, and again the next month. So I was very uncomfortable when I received another $5.00 fee in Jan, 2026, I made a request to your email address to try to rectify my situation. Very good experience, they remind you multiple times about a recurring fee, just pop into a live chat and they can cancel the recurring fee (keep your cancelation confirmation number to be safe) they only need your name and email to cancel the fee. I got everything I was looking for no issues
