I have searched several properties on this site which I can't access on the county website. I have received complete reports on a couple of properties and incomplete information on the others. I am not very happy with this site but it is the best I have at the present.

Once again, I can count on Brian and the gang to get me the info I need. I appreciate your service very much!

I think it's a scam! I'm being charged 14.95 / month and that was NOT what I agreed to. Be very wary when using this website. The information they provide is a matter of public records which anybody can access. I'm looking into legal action against this company for unauthorized charges.

Property record was very helpful and I really liked the fact that I was able to get more info through Mr. Andy Eben though it was 12:00 at night
It was a excellent experience and I do intend on using this web site more often.

Had some questions about their website, but their customer relations service quickly addressed my questions. Overall great!

Not very happy with this site, I could have found out all of the information that they sent me by looking it up on zillo or trulia.
I asked for other information that I needed (just like they ask you to)
And I got all of the same info from before, just in a different form.

Promised report had to be manually searched for after I contacted them. The report must be taken from the tax assessment and that's all. No added info and since the tax assessment where the property is located has an equalization factor (not included in the report) it is totally misleading.

The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. I would recomend the site to anyone.

This site is great if your looking to asses your property, but I was looking for information on a property that seems abandon. I still don't know if there is a sale listing for this property, or any contact information on the current owner(s). I found on my own the date the current structure was built on the site, and will continue to research it on my own.

It says one dollar and it was 18.95. Plus they didn't even have the correct information for my property they had another property showing. DONT TRUST!

I got the information I requested from Mr. Brian Thompson whom is a Customer Service Specialist, as soon as I asked him for it. Very great person.

I had some connectivity issues in receiving my report, but Brian, the manager, was very helpful and made sure that I got the report that I had paid for.

I was having a problem viewing the report and the 24/7 service was excellent thank you very much

The website was a trap to make you have to open an account. However the people I talked to were wonderful and helpful unlike the website. Great People and the website does what your goal is to get more payments.

Site promised lien information on a property. This was not provided. When I complained they said they would email me the information. I received an email, but there was no attached pdf.

Website provided good information about property I was searching and some extra information I would not have thought to look up but was added and really helped out a lot not to mention it was quick and easy! Will def come back and search again!

I was having a concern with the information i received of a submitted request. I contacted support to discuss this concern and within a short period of time Brian sent me an e-mail containing the information i desired. I appreciate this level of support. The provided information is of great benefit in my research.

They advertise that they will give you all this various information on your property for a dollar. You pay the dollar and receive an email stating that they do not have access to this information,

Requested an address in Southington Ct. Initially received wrong unit address, but 15 minutes later received the correct info. Thanks for the good service.
