Ok, typically I don't write reviews, however, if I don't warn you about this site, you to will be charged a fee of $18.95 from your account. I don't know what this site is for but they charge my account and I did not authorize the charge. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The responses from this so called place are all the same regardless if the commit is good or bad! They must run their company motto on the saying: There's a sucker born everyday. Don't be a sucker, be smart and don't use this company regardless of how many good comments are listed on this site. I truly believe all the good ratings are from the people who own the site and not real consumers. BEWARE...

Ok. HOPEFULLY my refund goes through. Talking to people through here was a nightmare and a half. I was stupid and should have done my research before doing this like I normally do. I was just so quick to try and get to the bottom of a legal issue that I was like, "1.00? YES!" I initially asked customer support if it was just 1.00, no hidden fees, no scams... I was told, "No, this isn't a scam." And upon me pushing the issue, no one would straight forward answer my questions. I was told my money would be refunded when I found out 18.95 had been taken from me. No thanks! The report was awful anyway!

While this place does have a few quirks to work out, and sometimes you have to go through an extra step to the get the report you're searching for, I don't think you're going to find a better provider for the same service. The reports are generally thorough, with more info that I expected. Sometimes I need to go through the trouble of requesting more research due to an incomplete, "automatic" report, but they will politely do the research manually and get back to you with the information you requested. I would give them 5 stars for attitude. No complaints there.

At first it told me it had the information, then when I paid it told me the info was unavailable. After I talked to a rep on live chat they finally dug up the info but it was incomplete. I had asked and paid for a few more details but when they dug up the info they forgot to include the extra details I had paid for. Plus when you pay they try to charge you for extras searches and make it confusing whether you are saying yes are no to the extra searches

When i submitted my order for property value and paid the $1 for the report i was taken to a different page which offered more services for a monthly fee. It got a little confusing as to what i was trying to order and was worried i would be charged more as the site had my credit card information. I continued through the site and finally got the report and was only charged the $1. The report i finally received was excellent and well worth the $1

Went back into my bank records and discovered they've been taking 14.95 out of my account every month since September. Talked to a PropertyRecord.com phone rep who advised me she was refunding 2 payments of 14.95, and that I would have to request the other three from their manager by e-mail: *******@propertyrecord.com.
What a scam. Never ordered anything from these people. Own my own house and have no interest in anyone else's property records.
