I looked at this for my own property. I wanted to see what the comps said and how accurate it was in comparison to a realitor's information. I felt that it was accurate and well worth the $1.00.

Excellent for property value comps. Far better than MLS comps and more professional for discussing with Sellers and Buyers.

No mention of Solar Panels on roof. or added Sun Room. Original Driveway replaced. Remodeled Kitchen, Master Bathroom and new tile floors in house entire except the three bedrooms.
