Perfect home in a town with oldest opera house in state (3rd oldest in America) and successfully raised over $6 million for renewal, well known symphony orchestra, great historical museum, two colleges (one rated in top 20 small colleges in USA by U.S. News & Report), the well known Irish Hills ( with 50+ lakes and a state park) and much more. Major cities of Ann Arbor and Toledo, Ohio, each approximately 35 miles nearby.

No mention of Solar Panels on roof. or added Sun Room. Original Driveway replaced. Remodeled Kitchen, Master Bathroom and new tile floors in house entire except the three bedrooms.

It had a lot of good information in it. Right now we r trying to sell the house, so if anyone went online to try & find out anything about the property this would be very informative to them. Telling about where the schools r in the area and of course u can see exactly on the Google map where it is located. If I were buying a house I would love to have all of this information available.
Listed everything I needed to know. It did not list sex offenders in neighborhood. It would have been very helpful if they had the rental history or how much it can rent for.

The town officer hire a realty appraiser for the value of our house. They gave the high value unimaginable for our house. The property tax in NJ is the toppest in US. The goverment of NJ still enhances the tax continually. We, retired people, only have the way to defend our right.
