I was supposed to be charged $1, reportedly, as per website, but was charged $18.95, for a service provided that was not as described. When I texted I was looking for more detailed information, I was told I would get it emailed in a half-hour. I disputed the charges.

Ok so the reviews about the photos are right and they seem off but the value for the service is still there. I found that for some special properties it was worth the extra $$ - wasn't much at all. You just have to ask yourself if the outgo is justified. If so then you gotta spend it to make it. I had good results.

I thought the $1.00 charge for all the info I received was extremely reasonable. The check list was great. Because there where things on there that I had never thought about.

This is my house and I wanted to see what info was returned and the current value of the house. The info was 98% correct. Some of the descriptors; for example "mud room" were incorrect but noting of importance was incorrect. All in all a good job and a great price.
