Prices are great so far we shall see when it comes I got early bird special at the palazzo normally the rates are 65 to 80.00 a night they got me 21 what I like about them is they show you the resort fee and it's paid upfront most casinos make you wait to pay resort fees I like it better paying in advance so you know you got more money to spend it makes things easier for just over 503.00 a week in Vegas New Year's Eve you can't beat the price at the palazzo I couldn't believe the price other website I saw 62.00 to 85.00 a night for new years week I paid way less then people staying less days it will be a fun very fun trip I'll be at Excalibur this year and for 5 days I got the same rates this year it was way more money for that deal so just want to say thank you for the great deal

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
