I thought the booking experience was fine, but I was not able to use any of the hotel discounts for "locals" or free parking (codes were not accepted).
Also, the fact that I gave a review immediately after booking and now Prestigia hounds me to give another one (3 emails later) is NOT making me like them any better.
Did not give options to use discount codes (BCAA, 55+).

I learned about Prestigia through the Kayak.com aggregator. After accessing Prestigia through Kayak.com, and doing further research on accommodations, I tried accessing Prestigia through the web. During this subsequent search, I learned the price on the same accommodations were lower than what was previously observed during the search that began through Kayak. While searching individual hotels, I found there were two types of listings: one which was inclusive all hotel charges, fees, and taxes, and others where fees and taxes were separated. This took multiple screens to compare the total cost of each accommodation. Once I decided on a room, entering my personal information and payment information was straightforward. I was able to print my receipt and confirmation and received a confirmation email. While I was circumspect regarding booking with a foreign outlet based in Gibraltar, I believe the British government is well-suited to oversee and monitor online sales.
Learned about this website from Kayak. Based in Gibraltar, I believe the outlet is legitimate, so I am willing to take a risk.
Forwarded on from Expedia. You had the rooms with the better price. Very straightforward. The only negatives were the the follow up for a newsletter.

This is the first time I have used Prestigia. As soon as I booked the hotel in London with Prestigia I received other notices for a better hotel rate at the same hotel than Prestigia. I keep getting similar notices of lower nightly prices.
