Looking for parts that are not located in my area so looked at other options so I picked parts avatar, found what I was looking for yay.
Parts avatar shipped me incorrect brake calipers several times in a row despite claiming fitment was for my vehicle each time. They also sent me calipers missing parts.
Now they are refusing to accept a return and I am stuck with calipers for a vehicle I don't own and the added cost of calipers from a more reputable source.
Avoid, buy elsewhere. Not worth the headache.

Correct part was sent in a timely manner. Installed and did function test. All speeds are working again.
Note. Best to remove the glove box (2 fasteners at bottom) and then remove the unit. Disconnect connector and remove (1) fastener. Pry outwards gently as sponge may be stuck to the blower housing. Wiggle downwards and move out and down to remove. Reverse procedure to install the new unit. About a half hour to swap out.

I ordered an intermediate shaft for a v.6 3.3 litre santa fe 2009. They sent me the part for the 2.2 litre which the mechanic could not install. Online customer service app asked for pictures of order, which I sent. Then they said I would have to wait for someone to e-mail me and have escalated my case. I will not order from here again unless they can rectify the situation. Image is of the 2.2 litre intermediate shaft. 3.3 litre should have 3 bolt holes on the mount. The online chat said they confirmed that the 3.3 litre was ordered. I will edit my review if they can fix this.

Ordered a steering rack and pinion from them end of September 2022 and exactly a year later we noticed something was off but unfortunately didn't get to diagnose properly right away for several reasons (too long to explain) but do they care? Nope! Didn't even offer a discount on a replacement part, nothing, Also their chat agent Kelvin has the most condescending attitude written all other him/her. No customer service skills. Cold and unwelcoming. Very unsatisfied with a whole process.

Parts Avatar shipped me the incorrect product. They claim I ordered the wrong product. I didn't, but that is not germane. Their phone system is completely inaccessible to a real person. Their online help I believe is subcontracted to India and they were completely useless.
All I want is to return the alternator and get the correct one, but because I didn't start to install until after their 60 day period, they want no part of it

They keep on emailing me to ask if I want a refund. I have told them no less than six times that I want a refund. They say that I am not responding! I guess that if you delete my emails you will not see a response. Now they have closed my ticket as they say that I am not responding! So, I will post on here, and maybe then they will see my response! This customer service department borders on fraud and deception!

Purchased a Walker stainless steel muffler advertised with a limited lifetime warranty in November 2021. It failed in Nov 2023. Contacted Parts Avatar as to how to make a warranty claim only to be told they only warranty it for a year and I have to deal with Walker. I have tried contacting Walker three times with no response. Informed parts avatar of this with NO help from them. Advertising a product with a limited lifetime warranty and then not making good on the claim to me is fasle advertising and bad business. Very disappointed.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
