Ordered a radiator for My SUV first of all it arrived 3 days late. Then when my shop goes to install the radiator...it won't fit even though PA's description on their website says meets or exceeds OE replacement. The welds on the radiator don't match and cannot seal the coolant system. I'm now without a vehicle for the past 2 days while these guys lollygag about getting back to me. It's going to cost me over a 1000 In labor now because we have to install twice as it's not the shops fault parts avatar parts are junk and never fit correctly. I've emailed these guys with all the relevant details and pics still no response from these guys. My advice stay away from Parts Avatar as they don't have good customer service if Any at all. Won't compensate you for when you've been inconvenienced by their crappy products which seem to have no actual warranty save for their discretion. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ROCK AUTO OR AMAZON better warranties and better customer service...not the holding patterns these guys employ to buy time or to keep stringing the customers along.

First of all the delivery time is extremely slow, I have a VW so you need good European parts to keep them Running. The local guys didn't have the part. So I ordered the Mann transmission filter # H2826 KIT and waited for the part with my ride on blocks. When it finally arrived I was extremely happy to get rolling again, I opened the box and the gasket was destroyed. It was over a week and I back to square one. I phoned all over here trying to get a gasket but no one could order just a gasket. I got ahold of a BOT at parts avatar sent pictures said that they were going to deal with it. Waited and waited then started a conversation that had days in between. They had a 13$ gasket that I wanted them to send me, because the filter that I bought was out of stock. I told them I would pay for the part and they could pay for the shipping, because they were going to pay for the broken part to be shipped back... so pay the shipping on the gasket and we're good, almost two weeks down time. They refused and closed the ticket. I sent a few emails and they just don't care. It would have been cheaper to send me the gasket I was going to PAY FOR IT. There is no way to call or talk to a real person. All you get is a email saying the problem is resolved. What a waste of time. 2 WELS DOWN AND STILL BROKE DOWN. Have to buy a cheap transmission filter kit and just use the gasket. What a waist of time. I don't write reviews but I have some time because I'm not out driving around yet.

The speed of delivery is much improved over past orders I made.

The part I was received was damaged in shipping. The claim was very easy to make and the return documentation came quick. However, there was no way to expedite a replacement part. I was placed an order for a new part, which was fine, but still no effort to expedite the replacement part which was disappointing.
