First, the website is easy to navigate. I like that it "remembers" my vehicle and order every time I come back to the site. I also appreciate the choices of the parts qualities offered along with correlated price points to the quality of the part selected. I found the cost of the parts quite reasonable(even the better quality parts)along with free shipping. After I placed the order a confirmation email was sent the next business day. Then a couple of days later the parts arrived, and in good condition. It however would have been better if the parts were delivered directly to my house, rather than me having to go to our local parcel pickup depot that is a 15 minute drive from our home. Otherwise a good experience. I'll be shopping here again. Thanks, Parts Avatar guys for the good service you provided!

Needed a new heater blower motor for my son's 2017 RAM 2500 SLT 6.7L diesel. Confirmed fitment with virtual agent and ordered Jan 8th and had by the 17th to Whitehorse Yukon. Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. Shipping was fast when it shipped, but it took two days to actually pick the three parts and ship them. So basically, I lost 3 days. Would give 5 stars if they had Amazon style delivery (next day delivery).
