I decided to give Parts Avatar another chance at wowing me. So, earlier this month, I purchased some Hella-Pagid rotors for my vehicle. They were shipped and arrived four days later, which was great, and I was excited again until I opened the box. I was asked for not just the make and model of my car but the production month, and then it was escalated. So, again, I had to do the customer service Chat saga (never a live person to talk to) for three days, almost the same time for them to get to me before I could return them 10 minutes from my house. All the questions were irrelevant because I was expecting drilled rotors and received rotors that were not drilled, simple. To make matters worse, I was told the word description didn't say drilled under the drilled picture; remember, "the picture is worth a thousand words," just two at Parts Avatar, "my fault." On another note, from my last de-buckle purchase, they offered me 10% off on my next purchase, but the code didn't work. Once again, I had to turn to GermanParts. The Good thing about the one-star Parts Avatar is that it is better than AutoParts Way, which is worse in case you decide to go that way.

I went to different websites and avatar had the best prices for my car. Delivery was on time even if I modify the order.

It was good. However picking the parts was a bit cumbersome for my purchase. I needed drive axles for a FWD car and was not clear which would be a pair.

My order was delivered on time that we expecting also information about product and prices are better that market

Actually, I have order twice from Parts Avatar without any issues. The parts were reasonably priced and the shipment was delivered within the week. The delivery is important as I am trying to certify a vehicle. I never had a problem with fitments. So far, I am a satisfied customer.

First time buyer here, so I was wondering the prices were too cheap for the internet!
But they were so cheap I had to try!
Faster than fast the parts arrived two days after the order date and I was shocked at how good the quality looked! I still think someone made a mistake on the pricing!
I'll definitely be coming back here first for any other parts I need.
My local small town would have been a week or more to get the part here.

Continue to experience problems with my discount codes not being accepted

I ordered a passenger side mirror on sale, and the price pointed to the quality being very low. In reality, the mirror was on par (or better) than any other aftermarket mirror I've bought. Surprisingly great!

When ordering a power steering pump its important to know the shaft size as there are two different sizes,.600 &.663" as far as I know and I don't know why, as it would make sense that they all be the same right? If the pump doesn't include a pulley you will need to remove your old pulley and press it on the new pump. If the shaft size is not the same it won't work and you could damage the pulley and the tool used to press it on. There is not enough information on this site to know if your getting the correct pump and it would be helpful if there was an option to buy the correct pulley and the tool required to pull and press the pulley. I paid $200 for the tool and was lucky to get it in my small town, then i almost damaged the tool and damaged the pulley. Now I have to order a pulley of the correct size from the local guy and wait. Or return the pump and wait for my refund. Then get a pump and pulley at my local dealer which is what I should have done in the first place. Nothing beats a face to face chat with and experienced parts person.

Parts came quick, price was great, no hassles. Never have a problem.
