1993 Honda Prelude MC was leaking. Ordered this replacement. Immediately you could see the MC was tipped to the right and not straight up. This made it very difficult to get the 2 metal brake lines reattached to the MC. Also the reservoir cap is not as robust as the original cap. Otherwise, I hope the MC works as well as the original did for 30 years!
Nice service, quick deliwery with no issues, good quality. But you have fault on your website which I trust chose wipers blades. Rear wiper blade for mazda 6 2007 year hatchback/ liftback should be 20' for hook type of arm, but you send me completely different, 12" and dont fit with hook arm.

Ordered a throw-out bearing for a 2008 civic, and was happy it had a delivery date within 2 weeks of ordering it. I received an email stating that the bearing was delivered 2 days after ordering it. Went to post office and it indeed was delivered.

Customer service is horrible or this might just be a reflection on the Company. I have been a loyal customer for years and spent thousands of dollars with this company, only to find myself with an issue returning a wrong part they provided, after filing a claim with BBB, I was assured i will get my full refund, I still haven't received my refund. I was asked to respond to "*******@partsavatar.ca" but they are not answering, Parts Avatar do not have a contact phone number, this company just leave you in the dark and at their mercy.
Very disappointed and will be closing my account with them. Take your business to a parts store that value customers, Lots of parts store exist, I'd recommend you to go somewhere else.

I own a very small work shop. I order many many parts from this website because their parts are fair but the shipping is slow. Been a customer since 2021. Sometimes i can bare with the super slow shipping.
It happens that some parts are impossible to be removed from older cars so i end up not doing the job and wanting to return the parts i bought (excluding the parts i can use). These guys forces me to pay from my own pocket when i give them business every week. It was just 2 rear struts that probably woulnt have cost them much with the Purolator account.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
