I purchased 4 tpms sensors and only received part of them and when i contact you, you tell me i got what i ordered. Your picture shows a complete tpms sensor not part so i expect to get that item. If i ordered a part for a truck are you going to send me a part for a car and tell me i got what i ordered, bull$#*! i will never order from you again and i will tell anybody and everybody not to buy from you as well
The part was easily located on the website and ordering was no fuss. I found another major american supplier didn't even list the part. Maybe its a canadian thing! I received it in a timely fashion. Overall a good experience.

This parts place is garbage. They sold me a caliper that was cast wrong and on another occasion I got a wrong caliper for another job.
Both times their customer service said there wasn nothing they could do.
There is something I can do. Let everyone know, so they don't have to find out the hard way and get my parts elsewhere.

Have ordered parts a few times now. Very happy with the prices and the fact you get free shipping on orders over $99. Have even got brake parts for my 1968 Torino through them at much better prices than the specialty stores charge for the same thing. Will continue to deal with Parts Avatar.

Sent me the wrong parts and will only allow me to return them if i get a mechanic to take off my brakes in order to compare them to the wrong brakes they sent me. Appalled by the terrible service this compant provides. A great way to sabotage their own name. Fools.

Chose universal fit items that did not display any dimensional information (overall size would have precluded them). In small town, no delivery to the door. Return process did NOT include pre-paid label. Return cost by Sender's agent more than items' value. Post Office rate about 1/3, but they managed to lose it's Tracking. Much online chatting to confirm return before refund deadline.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
