Bought a power steering pump and a extractor tool after removing the pulley no matter what I did my pulley would not go down on the pump now I can't use either then also got $#*!ed around with customer service so idk if all deal with them again

Prices are much better than local part stores, and they have a good selection of parts. Website is easy to use, and it stores your vehicles so you can easily switch between vehicles. I've ordered parts for four different vehicles with no problems, and parts arrive fairly quickly (2-4 days). Definitely a great place to get car parts if you don't need them same day or overnight.

As soon as the order was placed, I sent an email to cancel the order right away as my husband also purchased the same item as a surprised. I was informed this was not possible as the order was getting ready to ship. I did not receive shipment confirmation until 2 days later. This order could have been cancelled, my credit card hadn't even been charged yet.
By the time I received the order and then to return it right away, I was no longer within the timeframes required to return the item per your return policies. I am therefore stuck with this product that cannot use or return for a full refund. Disappointed.
