I purchased an altetnator, it worked for about a week and then started making weird noises and stopped charging properly. Apparently you can't return a part if it has been installed on your vehicle you need to go through the warranty process, and the warranty process says you need to buy a new part and only onces you send the malfunctioning one will they refund your new purchase.

Found that they were eager to assist and there was no wait times or shortage of help. However, I was a little upset and sensitive when their response left me feeling like they were inferring that I was lying about their part not fitting even though they said it would. In all the transactions nothing was said about costs or what the refund would be... total... all but shipping.
To this point I still do not know if they credited my account or for how much or when. To the customer that is not fair and IT IS NOT RIGHT!

One of the new axles had the inner joint end cap popped out of the joint housing and lost some of the grease. This was probably the cause of shipping abuse because the box was damaged. Luckily I am a licensed tech and reinstalled it no problem. Should talk to your shippers about taking better care of your products when using their services. All in all good quality parts and not a reflection of parts avatar. Should have taken photos but needed to get them job done in good time.
