Shipping speed that they brag about on their website is a joke, everything for my car is either out of stock or delayed because it's in the far reaches of the warehouse from Indiana Jones. Items that were in stock at the time of purchase are suddenly out of stock and are back ordered, no shipping estimate or timelines for delivery given when an item is backordered.
Asked for a refund on a backordered item, it was informed, had to start a case file for non-shipment via PayPal in order to get a refund.

The cabin filter ordered for my 09 Tucson did not fit correctly... 3/5 stars. Delivery was delayed but to be expected due to Covid. Other items ordered fit correctly.

Although they advertise shipping within 12-24 hours after the order, this was not the case. I contacted them 3 times about why my order was still sitting in the "preparing to ship" stage for 5 days and was told they would expedite the order. Order finally arrived on 7th Day. Not again for me thanks.

Its been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it has still not been shipped. I contacted the live chat several times and got the same line of BS "your order has been packaged" I'm beginning to think its all a big scam My first and last order

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
