I went to an auto body shop to get a quote for a few paint chips on my car and was quoted more money than I expected for such a small job. Luckily the guy quoting me told me that they order from PaintScratch and gave me their information and showed me how to find my exact car color that was listed inside of my door. He told me the job could be done with the things provided by PaintScratch for way less. PaintScratch came highly recommended and I must say I was well pleased with the fast shipping and how fast customer service responded to my questions. The paint is a perfect match for my car and they have saved me thousands of dollars.
Every time I have ordered paint I have always received exactly what colour I have been looking for. There's never a question or a worry about whether it'll match or not because it always does. Easy to order, shipped relatively quickly. Haven't use the paint yet because it's not quite warm enough/summer so I cannot comment on it. Had I received this satisfaction survey a couple of months from now it would have been more helpful.
My 1956 Oldsmobile had been repainted over 25 years ago. I chose the color Alcan White as the closest match, since it was one of the originlal colors in 1956. It was a perfect match.

I was lucky to have an old can laying around so I could find out where I previously ordered. With a basic search on google I never saw your company or website come up after putting in multiple versions of automotive paint repair, etc. Just an FYI. You guys have a good product but are hard to locate without prior knowledge.

My vehicle was manufactured in 2016 so the paint I received was darker in color than my van which was a bummer as I can't use it on every area I had planned on.

Didn't see a why to leave any note during the check out. For example - one of paints I want single stage and the other I don't. There is one check mark section for single stage but I couldn't vary it by selection of paint.

This was my first order from PaintScratch, and I'm new to touch-up painting. After waiting a few weeks for the package to arrive, I followed the instructions on the website and realized the primer—listed as a required step—wasn't included in the recommended kit. I had to make a separate trip to an auto parts store to buy one. It would be great if the kit included all the materials mentioned in the instructions, especially the primer.

The paint arrived as promised. The dabbing distribution system is terrible. After trying repeatedly to use it to moderate success, I ended up cutting the extremely small container in half to access the paint. And before you write this off as user error, that is bull $#*!, as I have experience in this area. The only positive from this experience is the color did match. I will never use or recommend your product in the future.

The paint match appears to be close, one spray nozzle was broken, didn't receive any extra ones. I'm still waiting for a response to my question... Can I put a 2k clear over the aerosol base coat? Or do I have to use a 1k clear, as indicated on the can? Thank you!

Ordered several different items and colors. All were exactly what I expected. Colors matched and were easy to use/apply. Just from my experience (in case it helps anyone), a spray can doesn't cover as much as you'd expect, but that is simply my perception, not a problem with the product.

Paint arrived perfectly; color match extraordinaire! The applicator (I. E. moi') not so much, haha. I should have smoothed the area first before applying the new paint. I did not do that. I think I may go to Christian Bros Automotive and have them smooth (gently sand) the front hood area that needs the touch-up and start over again. But as far as the service I received from Pain Scratch -- it was GREAT! Thanks so much.

Good. Website was very user friendly in helping me locate where on the car to find the correct color needed.
The paint came in little containers about 2x the size of nail polish, with similar applicators inside. Given the area I was painting, I would've wanted a bit bigger brush, but the built-in one worked. For my goal it was exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

Needed I additional spray can to finish touch up areas after a quart order for my 1965 VW Bug re-spray. Ordered 2, received in 5 days (weekend included) color matches great! Would definitely recommend!
