First time painting a vehicle, great experience, easy, fun and simple. Was provided with a link for a video demonstration which was extremely helpful. Did have slight orange peel but video almost explained how to fix that
I purchased a bottle of touch up paint for a 1962 Chevy Impala (Twilight Turquoise), the paint matched perfectly! I was super surprised as the paint on the car is 63 years old. I would recommend Paint Scratch over many other brands that I have tried. Thank you for the great experience!

I used it anyway. It's darker than the original paint, I thought the original paint had faded under the sun but even the door jam was lighter. It's a hood so whatever I don't mind.
I used three cans on the hood. The paint went fast and still didn't get full coverage. There's visible streaks. Not any fault of you guys. That's mine. But still, not a good experience. I'm getting my car professionally painted in the future.

I have used your product many times this time you sent a difrent clear coat than in the past and when spraying it likes to collect excess in the top rim then dump a few dig drips when you tilt to spray the flat surfaces making a big mess and alot of work the cans allso dont spray smooth with that clear it likes to spit and change pattern. I dont like the newer clear coat very inferior spray quality
Have used 2 other times it's z great way to fix a issue like clea coat gone and bringing the car back to looking good when you don't have all the equipment where your at
The paint requires 3 coats: a base, a mid and a clear coat. So it involves a little work. Wish the base coat were thicker to fill in the scratches

The product I ordered was good. I hate the three follow up survey emails that require me to answer multiple questions and provide extensive feedback. When I opt out, I continue to get the survey emails. I have responded in hopes there are NO MORE SURVEYS

I have used PaintScratch before, with very good results. Reordered the same paint, with primer and Sealer. Very good color match. Watch out for the 'Plastic Surface' formulation, It behaves differently on various plastic/non-metal surfaces.

Everything about ordering was good. However, I was appalled at how it was packaged. The rust off had leaked on everything in the soft mailer and leaked through part of the mailer. To me these products should have been in bubble wrap and in a box. I have not had a chance to actually try the product yet. I will have to wipe everything off first and have only set everything in a box to dry.

I found the paint to be thin and lacking color. Did not cover well. Color match from auto parts store was much better and cheaper. However the clear coat was nice.

I'm preparing my Tesla Model 3 to be shown in an alternative fuel vehicle expo on Tuesday--whether I actually participate or not depends on how well this treatment of my paint chips on my hood turns out.

Really good. When you asked how I got in touch with you, the closest item listed was Auto dealer, so that's what I clicked on, but you should also have Other as a choice. Marshall Autobody in Wisconsin recommended you. I think they are the only autobody shop in Wisconsin certified to work on Teslas.
I started by reading all of the instructions that came with my paint, I started with the primer by thoroughly shaking and mixing it. I went to spray the test sheet and nothing came out. I tried one of the other 2 spray caps on the can and nothing. Paint finally shot out spraying myself, my garage floor, wall, and lastly my fu#%ing car. It took me forever to finally get it to work but it fricken dripped, leaked, and clogged the cap. I moved on to the base Paint can. Same thing happened leaking everywhere, dripping, and clogging the cap. I have yet to apply my clear coat cause I was so pissed from the mess I made. The spray paint cannister method for automotive paints is definitely not a good idea. Especially not for the price. Trial and error as they say.
Color matches great. I liked the specific instructions on each can of different products. Even this inexperienced DIYer was able to get it right. Thanks for helping me give my old Ford a second life.

Color was too dark. Pen difficult to use as paint didn't flow well... too much & too little at different spots. Not the quality of the "old" PaintScratch stuff.
