Website is needlessly convoluted, VERY user unfriendly, and evidently designed by a child. I've ordered thousands of $$ worth of paint from this outfit, at least 7 or 8 times. Now ALL of my history is gone. Also, I tried to change my email and your "website" evidently didn't take it. Probably has something to do with my history being gone too, it was too confusing for your website. PScratch obviously went for the lowest bidder or hired a mentally-challenged family member to create your website... fire them.

Very pleased with the time it took to receive the paint, although the paint color was off considerably compared to the last can of that same color code I purchased from you. I'll be going through the process of matching the paint.

Great service, FOLLOW, follow directions. If in doubt they are always willing to guide you. Take your time and be patient. I have used them twice and the experience has been fantastic both times.

For 1972 VW BAJA SE. I ordered a small vile and a pen and provided the paint code.
Was kept informed of progress until shipped - then all H broke loose.
Was shipped during Jan 2026 generational bad weather in West through East
Not totally PS fault - but maybe the Shipping Dept could think about things?...

The paint match is perfect. A bit tricky getting the hang of applying it.

Fantastic customer service. However I've been unable to used the product because of the weather. Perhaps I'll leave a review after I've done that.

Very quick turnaround, and everything was expected. Unfortunately, we are in the deep freeze here, so I need to wait until it warms up to be out there trying it.

Did you receive the product in a timely manner like promised and uses a shipping service that they know is not reliable and expects people to be patient and understanding, not professional!

Super easy to order for my Newmar. I can't wait to paint the A/C shrouds and the fridge vent so it looks like before the replacements. I can tell from looking at the cans shipped that it will match the base paint coat of the coach. I also have a few rock chips on the front I am going to touch up as well, once the weather gets better.

I needed to paint the interior side and f the doors on my 77 Squarebody GMC. Paintscratch miss me thee spray cans. The paint marched well and covered what I needed.

I had ordered a 1 oz bottle of touch up to see if the match would be acceptable. I was amazed at how perfectly it matched the factory paint on my 42 year old Mercedes 300D!

The ordering process was quick and easy. The price was approximately $100 cheaper than buying it locally. The paint was great quality -exact match to my vehicle

This will be the third time ordering your products, the first time went perfect, the second order you sent the wrong paint and missed sending me the 2k clear spray can. I contacted your company and you quickly sent the correct paint color, but still forgot the clear. I didn't call back a i already had a can of 1k clear from my prior order and was able to complete my repair. Overall i am pleased with your service and regularly recommend products due to the quality of them.

This was my second order for the same paint and the quality and consistency came out identical. Very pleased and will definitely use again in the future.
