Needed some paint pens for a 2019 Lexus RX350. Color matched perfect. Items were fairly priced and came quick.
I looked at several touch-up paint suppliers online, but none matched my 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser — until I found Paint Scratch. They nailed the color perfectly. This is now my go-to for touch-up paint.
All I can say, is what a nightmare! I ordered three items - Primer pen, Basecoat pen and a Clearcoat pen. The first package arrived which included a Clearcoat pen, and one other pen with no label. I contacted Paint Scratch (email is the only communication channel - they do not accept phone calls) - it takes them 3-5 days to reply. Finally I received an email telling me that they were sending me two replacement pens - a Basecoat and a Clearcoat. Yesterday the envelope arrived - it was empty. Immediately, I emailed Paint Pen customer service and am still waiting on a response - based on my previous experience, this could take several days to get a response. All that I really want at this point is a refund.
I really don't like the brush too much on the touch up. However, I did user the paint and the clear coat. Easy to use and matched up perfectly! I used a light cutting compound to finish off, and you can't tell the difference between the new paint and the old! Wow!
Delivery was on time. Instructions clearly state to test their paint first for color match. I didn't because I was impatient and naturally, the color was too light. Good enough, but if perfection is your goal, test first and allow to dry for 3-4 days.
I haven't used it yet. Everything ordered appears to be sent and the transaction was very smooth.

The paint I received was too light by at least 7 shades? I tried to contact paint scratch and let them know but I had no luck. I just went to the hardware store and matched the paint as best as I could.
