Very helpful and didn't keep me waiting for ages for email to sort my refund although they gave me a voucher but I'm sure I can use this anytime and anywhere this summer and next summer..
Not acceptable to blaim your system or Melias system in this case, and then replying to my last email for hours after refunding me. Not more that 3 star review
