Old Review: There have been ups and downs but they have tried to get me best services.
New Review: I became a member by mistake, as I forgot to unsubscribe by the end of my free 1 month membership. But, it has been such a blessing in disguise that I am going to stay a member absolutely. Unpub gives great pricing and the $50 membership discount is one of the sweatiest cherry on top.
I understand that their website isn't ideal and have some technical glitches, but I am fine with it because they have a very responsive customer service. One call without all that self-service IVR crap and you directly reach a agent that processes your concerns swiftly. Plus if you call in the first 24 hours, you can update and refund anything without any cancellation or update charges.
I probably don't mind if their website stay this way with a few bugs, the money they save from spending on the website is better utilized serving customers.

I don't know how my name got messed up in last transaction, even when I have a profile saved. No i am paying almost $75+ more to rebook.
I selected 'No' for insurance option yet when I put my card details the insurance automatically got reset to 'Yes'. I again set insurance to 'No' but on clicking Confirm Booking it again got reset to 'Yes'. This had happened in my previous booking as well and I was charged for an insurance I didn't want.
I have been emailing every month about the Rewards Balance not being updated. After around 6 months, I still hear that the Rewards Balance will be updated right now, and I will be emailed. However, still no update, and no information.
The is a bug in the website, i called the rep to place an order over the phone, he told me the price is not available any more, I told hım the price is available on your website and other websites, he said I can't help you, I told him how can I book online and there is a bug, he said book and call us back we will fix the date of birth free of charge, I booked and called back, the agent Said if we need to fix it we will change you a fee, I told him your coworker said it's free and I gave him his name, he Said call the airlines they will fix it for you.
Go to Priceline. I made the mistake of booking here and later checked out Priceline. Tried to have them price match, but they wouldn't. Membership isn't worth it.
Same flight was $50 less in Indian eagle travel booking site.

You don't have to think about which credit card to choose for discounts. The credits provided by unpub is of great value. You can actually use it in your bookings with good limits.
The only drawback here is that you have to send an email inorder to receive an answer from customer service. No one has time to wait 24hrs for a reply.
