The site went down at least three times while trying to book. My credit card was supposedly declined, but wasn't my card's issue. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I was put on hold then hung up on a half dozen times. I finally got a representative on a different number, thought it was go to go, but did not receive my E-ticket as promised. Another call and finally received my e-ticket. I am not confident with this purchase.

Easy and affordable - I was searching for airfares and stumbled across this site. I was able to book flights with six people - very fast and convenient.

Booking Didn't go through for the First Time. It keeps on rotating after clicking to book it, even after waiting for a couple of minutes with no error message, until I completely reload the page. It's a very bad Experience.

I bought a flight from unpub, the flight was cancelled and the airline refunded immediately I know because some of the extra purchases I made was immediately refunded to my card. This was on April 6. It's going on two months abs I have not been refunded by Unpub and until now they make excuses about why. Cheap flights but if something goes wrong you are screwed.

Someone should take away their license because they are a shame for travel industry.
I've been a paid member since April 2022 and had several successful transaction with them. Issues started few weeks ago when my wallet balance of $225 disappeared. I have called them multiple times and been told that in 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days it will be solved. As of today the issue wasn't solved. As of yesterday I booked 2 tickets without waiting further because I have been advised by one of their representatives that I can book a ticket and then request a discount from my wallet to be applied which I did. I paid at least $200 more for one ticket because my trip is coming soon so by trying to save $50 I ended up overpaying $200.
One of my tickets was charged and processed and for another one I wasn't charged and never received any cancelation notification from them. Today I called and after 1 hour and 5 minutes on the phone this doushbag replied and told me that my ticket was cancelled because the price went up over $500! Obviously I got angry and this piece of shi* hang up on me after being on a phone for over an hour!
My wallet balance is still ZERO, I have been advice to send an email and request a refund for membership fees but I already know that no one would answer my request since they never reply to emails even those from weeks ago. I really hope someone would look into your scammy business and will shut you down, and those idiots who work there would end up jobless. Below you can see screenshots of my wallet before and after.

I had a trial membership. Excellent Customer service. One issue stopped me from joining. I bought 8 nights hotel. The price went down 25% before my stay but they refused to reimburse. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have helped me. Few things I want to know which I can find on their website.
1. They have different level membership but it does not tell benefits and price of each.
2. They give discount on flights and hotels but they take away 34% for fees. How much is your fees?
