I was taken to this site from Skyscanner which is why I trusted it. I booked a flight for 3 and that went through although when I went to check in I had a problem because their system combined the first and middle name on all our tickets and it didn't match the passport. Then I had to book another flight before I knew of the ticketing issue and since I had this $500 bonus credits to use from their free trial period, I booked a flight and chose the higher price option so that I got a free carry on. I was on the same flight with free carry on that I purchased from a different broker and thought it was a good price after they discounted it by $50 from my bonus credits only to find out st check in that they billed me at the higher price and booked me on the lower fare without a free checked bag. I called to complain and their response was if I had proof. I would have screenshot it if I knew you were going to scam me! If you have to use them screenshot your selection. I ended up having to pay $200. Extra for 1 carry on!

It was really easy to use. Made it pleasant. Showed me the best deals I could get.

I have the pro subscription and when I book a flight, I got a nice discount, but the whole process is quite uncomfortable, and you don't feel sure if the flight is actually booked or not. Process makes you worry that you may not actually have a ticket

Comparing prices on Google Flight, Kiwi.com, and the carriers directly; Unpub still had the better option with the better price. Purchasing the tickets were a breaze and the e-tickets were sent to my email within 5 minutes.

Booking flight was easy and smooth. Had all different airlines aligned with their best competitive price.

There's a reason why Unpub's flights appear cheaper... they get you after booking with additional fees. Was told it's additional fees the airline are charging, when I pointed to the own airlines website fee table asking where the $200 fee they were claiming came from, they then gave me a courtesy discount (on a fee they "had no control over") of $15, so clearly the $200 "additional fee" is a scam.

I was scammed by this fraudulent company. I wasted more than 5k on flights and missing baggage. Unpub is a scam don't every buy from them.

I was so happy when the website popped up because I got a really good deal on my son's summer trip and it was easy to do and no problems.

They are not a serious company. They have been holding a refund for me for over six months. Every time I email them I get the same response that they apologize and it should be another few weeks or days. But NOTHING happens, it is just canned responses. Do not do business with this company!
