I purchased a part that NAPA Online said fit my vehicle, but their website was wrong and it didn't. After calling NAPA Online regarding this, I shipped the part back to them. They received the part back 12 days ago and as of today, I have yet to receive a refund, despite my calling them twice and emailing them twice without a single reply or resolution to date! To me, this is absolutely unacceptable! So much so, that I will never ever purchased another item, ever from NAPA Online. Buyer Beware!
I was not allowed to purchase an oil filter from Raymond 07/02/2021. Raymond told me I had to buy 6 filters. I asked him for his supervisor name and he only gave me Mike's first name. I have purchased this part number for years at 1 oil filter at a time.
When to Napa to buy a jump starter I saw it online
And I ask for that thing they don't know if they have it
I look n I find it myself
Them I want to buy it and I ask for the warranty they say 1 year, but not 30 days or 90 days money back they say warranty mean bring the jump starter they sent it to don't know to fix it and wait for that so and the meantime is like a month to wait to get your device back. NO MONEY BACK from DAY 1 if you open it you own it. Don't buy in this store or any napa. Use another one you can get all the benefits thanks.
Order part online came out to 128.30 had it shipp to the store which was free to do so the initial pending charge was correct receipt I have from local store is correct but what they submitted to my bank was for a higher amount then the agreed up on price.don't do business with online version of Napa go to your local store to order they doing some crooked $#*!.
I run a repair shop in NC. Have always preferred Napa parts, but the quality has gone to crap in the last few years. Why pay twice as much at Napa, to get the same crap the other stores sell?
There is not enough help taxing the new and old employees need to get off their corporate assets and get some things done
SHARONVILLE NAPA IS A JOKE, EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM THERE THEY LOSE IT OR MISPLACE IT OR FORGET IT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
Have been in the post falls store 3 times looking for parts and the customer service person did not seem to care about customers at all. Nope dont have it and even though there was no other customers in the store did not have time to look.
I want to cancel an order, I sent a email to cancel. I got a email say I needed to call the customer service. I called customer service first thing in the morning. They told me I couldn't cancel the order. I told this unacceptable. The customer send a email to the warehouse asking them to cancel the order. I don't understand why a staff member couldn't send a email to the warehouse, but has the ability to send me one saying the can't cancel my order. I was told they couldn't cancel the order even though the order was not pick nor in the pick process. I was then told I have to pay the shipping and I could return the item to the store. I then asked for the tracking number so I could deny the shipment now. I haven't heard anything back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever heard of or had in my life.
Just went to pick up my in store order and they didn't have my brake pass. Why would you send me a email saying it was ready to pick up? You have lost a customer for life.
I returned a gasket paper rool in its original packaging and was charged 25% return... WOW what a rip-off!
The reason i was returning it was because another supplier had the same product at $10... napa price was $31... not only are the ripping you off with the 25% return they're price gouging you with the product...
Ill never buy there again. And I'll make sure everyone i know doesn't buy there either.
Business like this need to go under for true fair pricing company's to come in and replace them.
I had to order a replacement alternator for the 2007 Dodge Caravan and when I priced it online NAPA wanted 3 times the price for a rebuilt Bosch alternator plus a core charge as well as sales tax, Rock Auto did not charge me for a core and did not charge me sales tax so I went with buying it from Rock Auto.
Not sure why but I have been to a few Napa stores. The people that work for Napa are usually unhelpful and make u feel unwanted. The return policy is non existent, and the company never does what the promise to do. If I could rate lower than a 1 star u bet I would
Always love laying on my back on a cold floor changing a starter twice, because the Jack Wagon buyers@ NAPA, chose to buy Chinese or Mexican crap. Starter bolt holes for my '78 Chevy are SAE, not metric. Had to get cleaned up & return the starter & wait until the next day to get the right one. Luckly, we had an extra car to use.
Napa service in Joliet is awesome I had a nail in my tire the gentleman with there his took his time to help me I didn't have an appointment he actually cared and help fix me tire so I can get home safety and to me me that made my day that his took time out his day to help and made sure I made it home safe not to many companies have that type of caring in their heart awesome job to Napa and their fellow workers have a great team in the Joliet facility.
We would like to recognize the extreme customer service at the Tillamook, Oregon Store. We would like to commend the above and beyond customer service from the employee CODY that helped us exchange out our Oxygen tank... we stayed in the parking lot to attach the regulator and we found that there was not a perfect match... so Cody got his Boss and they found a nipple in their store that matches up with the regulator and the tank and there isn't a leak anymore... we asked how much do we owe you and they said nothing and said " have a great day "
This made us feel us so valued as a customer! I would recommend this store to anyone in the Tillamook County or Visitors passing through...
I came in thinking I needed I at least was gonna spend $60 for a new windshield wiper arm and the guy suggested I check to just see if it is loose because they didn't have the part available. With him offering me tools to check it out it sure enough just needed tightening and saved my trip!
I received an email that said NAPA oil was 50% off with code NAPAREWARDS if bought online and picked up in store. I put four of the 5 quart jugs in my cart and the code didnt work. I called the local store and they wouldn't help and NAPA online didnt return my emails or calls. The local store said they ended the promotion early. Really?
I go to the morena store often. Typically unfriendly brunette female, this time totally rude!
If you place an order with NAPA online for store pickup with Paypal - be very careful. They have a tendency to switch to "ship to home" without telling you and charging you a fortune for the privilege of having to wait several days to get the item. Case in point - $9.99 oil filter that was in stock at a store 10 minutes away. Placed the order Friday afternoon for pickup from the local store with Paypal and the payment message popped up that I would receive the item on Monday for $34.86. Called to cancel within 10 minutes and they first couldn't find the order in their system and then said moments later it was too late - already being shipped. Can you say rip off?
Went to the website, requested the parts, and they had them in store the next day. Picked them up and they were a perfect fit... Even had install and adjustment instructions in the box. Salesman informed me of all the warranty/return conditions before I paid for them. Thanks.
Answer: A very legit company that has for decades treated me very well.
Answer: Fuel pump for classic roadrunner didn't last 50 miles. I suppose 'success' is lucky i didn't eat a $100 wrecker fee. It never started cold without primer until i replaced the new NAPA fuel pump with another new NAPA fuel pump. At least it starts easy now when cold. After doing job twice. The chevy truck has been yard art for two years, as i don't really have time to do every job repeatedly. The store has the used broken part they charger me $300plus for. This isn't a success story, it's a story of failure, no honor or honesty in store, and non-existent quality control.
Answer: I thought they were a reputable business but I was wrong they are crooks and don't honor their warranty's.
