My flowers gifts they aee use less they are fraud i do complain and issue a courst case against them they are doing fraud with customer also i request to DISTRIC SUPPLY OFFICER of his location to do the checking of his product and also complaint to DISTRICT MAGISTRATE of his location.they are doing fraud to the cstomers so be aware dont order any thing from this please.

***Cheaters*****. I lost my Rs 4000/-. Not delivered and not refunded. At the time of placing the order they assured of delivery on time and collected extra money for morning delivery, after receiving the payment, they did not deliver and while calling their response was very rude. And said whatever you do we cannot refund.
I ordered one birthday cake on a particular date and they promise to deliver on that date, before ordering also i checked and confirm with their support team regarding location of the delivery and they promise they can deliver, but on the delivery day they insisted additional charges for the delivery and i paid that also then too they could not deliver the cake and inform me next day they can deliver, then i asked for the cancellation and refund but they cant that too, so i requested next day delivery but they informed me that is also not possible on the very next day they can...if am trying to call or WhatsApp their number they are not responding too, not recommended at all.very worst service..
I have paid for a delivery for 20th Jan 2024 at 7:20 am. It was a fixed delivery. After paying for it they delivered the item at 3 pm. When tried to call them none of them picked the call or responded to the mail. When raised a concern in the chat they just shared the mail id to complain instead of sorting out the things. I did try to remind them yesterday but person messaged for everything else and stoped chatting after this question. Today after trying so many times I tried to call them from some other number and they picked the call. The lady in the customer service doesn't even know to apologize for the mistake that they have done instead she was shouting back. Their excuse was the location was far away but actually they had a branch close to the location. They were bluffing a lot. When I check why they did not respond to the mail the answer was that they cannot respond to different mails coming from the same customer. Don't waste your money booking orders here. They don't take any responsibility and the Customer service is the worst.
Received a different cake! Quality was not as expected.There was no Greeting card and jute packing of flowers!
Iam sorry to add this comment. Very bad service. They took order saying that they will deliver by 10:30 today morning and they are not responding to mails and giving arrogant answers to mail. Plz don't get into trouble by this people who are money minded. I gave order from abroad but here we are worried but these ppl don't understand the customer feelings. They take advantage of it. My mom's birthday they really disappointed
I recently placed an order through My flower gift online cake ordering service. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with their service.
1) Sales representative, Ms. Riya: Extremely dissatisfied. Until the point when she took my money, she showed a great deal of desire to help me.
2) My request was not fulfilled exactly; instead, I was sent an unexpected item.(Attaching the ordered and received images.)
3) When placing an order, there was a delivery window selection option. I had to pay an additional 200 Rs for delivery between 9 and 10 am, but I didn't receive the item until 12.30 pm, which interfered with my planned celebration.

I've ordered flowers for my family to be delivered within a particular time,They delayed the delivery and charged me extra for the out of town delivery. They have no where mentioned about the extra charges for out of town delivery. In fact before ordering the flowers, I checked with the support person about delivering to my location, Never mentioned about the extra charges. Not only that Delivered the wrong flowers. Customer service is really PATHETIC. NEVER HELPFUL AND REALLY RUDE. There is a customer care phone number mentioned in the website but the person who answered the phone said its is not available for support anymore and was really rude. I've also used other delivery platforms never experienced this. If a company can't support customer then no point running a firm specially when you are customer facing firm. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
Very low grade service. They are not delivering which is been advertised. They took additional payment for fixed time delivery and never delivered on that time. Half of the order was not matching or delivered. Have never seen such kind of service. I emailed back to the support team but no reply was there.
Dont purchase anything from here. Until you place order they are very responsive and after completing order they wont respond to your messages,calls and mails.

I first sent pin code to their live chat to ask if they deliver there. They confirmed yes. After order was placed they never deliver from 11 November till today
I sent my bank stamped letter aski g for my refund but they dont respond. I wast their physical address to report to police but they refuse to give. They only have whatapp numbers. After reporting to fb they are fake their fb page was closed. Now im working on cloaing their website so nobody else gets scammed.

Answer: I was so mad that they cheated me and i curse myself that i did not read the review before ordering. But after reading the review i think its good that they did not deliver my order because delivering cheap things on my frnds bday would have been even worse.
