This online delivery service is a complete scam. I ordered flowers and a cake for Mother's Day with a same-day delivery guarantee. They failed to deliver, didn't inform me of any issues, and ignored all my messages. The provided phone number is a fake.

After threatening legal action the next day, they rushed a pathetic delivery: dead flowers, a cake without a topper, and missing balloons. This service is fraudulent and deceitful. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!

I had a very bad experience with them. Before ordering I have checked with them that they can deliver to that specific location. Immediately they informed me that they will deliver.

The next day morning they send me a mail saying that they need Rs 450 for delivery as it is out of town. I have called them several times no response in the phone number provided nor in the mail.

Pure scam, don't waste your money

I don't normally give reviews, this has to go out there, firstly we had ordered for a heart shaped cake red roses bouquet and 2 heart shaped blown balloons and to deliver between 10-11 am and paid extra for it but this was only delivered after 4pm with no time sense.
We had particularly ordered for heart shaped cake for our mother's 50th birthday and a round shaped cake was delivered.
We paid around 900+ rupees for roses bouquet and instead of that we received a box of Mysore pak sweet they should have mentioned that according to the location while we were trying to order bouquet that it is wasn't available in the location not on the same day after the provided time.

I don't know where in India now you don't get a rose bouquet.

The heart shaped blown balloons weren't received instead we received a balloon packet.

Upon that their support team were very rude
I donot recommend this my flower gift to anyone.

Better find a different website for gifting that is anyways what their support team emailed me.

Very bad service...good service until payment, after payment it's your luck. If you order anything for tomorrow, you will get it the next day, and there is no customer support. If you order a cake, you will receive chocolate. Such magical service, so please don't go through this...

Myvparcel did not reach as per scheduled time even after paying extra fro scheduled time. No confirmation yet on the item even after multiple followup.

I recently placed order for 2000 rupees and they never responded to my calls after that. Someone please report this site and make a complaint to cyber security.

Fake website. Ordered a cake for my moms birthday that they never delivered, rather asking rs 400 more for shipping out. When asked for the refund, they stopped replying to emails and whatsapp chats. Be aware guys!

Missed Delivery, Missed Opportunity: I ordered a specific gift combo for a special occasion, but it never arrived on time. Completely ruined the surprise!

Wrong Gift, Big Disappointment: Apparently, they don't even care about what you order. Forget the combo, they sent who-knows-what instead.

Radio Silence, Zero Support: I tried contacting customer service by email and phone. Calls went unanswered, emails vanished into the abyss. Ghosted by a gifting company? That's a new low.

Here's the message to you, You don't deserve our business. We work hard for our money, and we expect better. Shape up or shut down

Disappointment for ordering as a birthday present. Bill for 4100 rupees. They give only 800 rupees worth. Very...very...poor service. There is no value in calling and complaining. If you order an ugly cake, wilted flowers, a teddy bear worth Rs 20, a box of chocolates worth Rs 440. They give 80 rupees worth of chocolate. What happened next. 250 rupees taken as overnight delivery charge. But no delivery at night. They tell the customer to come to the store and collect the order. Very...very...poor service from Myflower gifts. Please people don't get cheated by booking online. I am sure that Myflower gifts service is a 420 service. I inform the people in the right of being affected.

Don't send money and trust this...these people are emotional cheaters...cheaters...eating and drinking with fraud money, cheaters

I ordered wine and a flower for my man last Valentine's and he received soft drinks for 3190 rupees hahaha. Their description of product is very deceiving so to make as feel better we just call it a " luxury Soft drink"🤣🤣🤣 worse site ever. They are benefiting on others money and ruining others plan for the day so just bless their hearts and conscience.

Fully scammers, professional and shameless saccmers they are, you cant imagine how smoothly they playing with customers, if you orderd something for someone they will never ever deliver just they will took your money only.

Don't order on this website its a online scam website. They delivered different product from local market, which far less prize compare to the order cost.

Order placed on 14th Feb 2024, till 16th Feb 2024 didn't reponse and now they said they were busy and even dnt want to deliver when they have all information and even they not picking call and we asked refund even they, this all happening over email no phones they have? This is big scam in India

The worst place you can order, No value for time. Ordered a cake for 55th Birthday of my elder Brother with special delivery between 7 to 9AM. Party was at 1 PM. No cake received even at 2.15 PM. Now party over without cake. No one is responding to my call, message and mail.

I order i paid but never received its a fake website they are scammers. So don't even try to order from this website.

This is my first time order placement, i checked twiice with Business team their whats app number**************. They responded promptly until i made a payment on 2nd feb 2024. Later no response from them, they dint deliver the order placed.
